    That was very useful as a yoga teacher who is teaching Vir 3 at the moment. I had some similar warm ups but these have enhanced the practice so much more. I really appreciate what you have offered here and so do my students. Namaste

    Mam squats make my hips and waist wider ,Can i reduce it with yoga?

      I'm not an expert in body sculpting. I recommend focusing on functional, reasonable strength even if it bulks you up.
