Credit to Flex, I don't think we would have this show without him. The moment he's joined talk sport he's helping change the narrative. Can finally watch talk sport without listening to some of the other broadcasters pushing negativity against the club with no merit.

Today I heard you guys directly speaking my mind on a lot of issues concerning man united
Rashford and Mount really should start to fight for their career, because they have underperformed an entire season. They both have the gift of being brilliant, but do not "seem" to have the character to show it. I don't think the way they play/use their energy is fair to the other 9 members of the squad. I think they need a shock therapy to waken them up. So it is great to see many new young talented players come in at Man United.

Marcus Rashford I can agree with, his body language last season was atrocious and he often seemed like he wasn’t trying.
However, that was also (partly) because his game relies on overlapping runs and linkup play from his left back something which Luke Shaw excels at, and he was also out injured.
It’s not a coincidence that when Luke Shaw plays, Marcus Rashford regularly scores 20+ GA a season, but when he doesn’t Marcus Rashford struggles.
Bruce, mount was injured most of last season and when fit Bruno was still prioritized.
Rashford on the other hand is just lazy.

He had two 20+ GA seasons under Ole Gunnar Solskjær alone, and he likely would’ve done it in all of OGS’s seasons if he hadn’t got injured and needed back surgery.

You’ll also notice that Rashford tends to play FAR FAR better with Luke Shaw in the team, because Rashford’s attacking game relies on him having an overlapping fallback, who is also comfortable with quick one-two passes, something that Luke Shaw excels at.
Football is about partnerships and they have built up a great partnership on that left hand side; It is no coincidence that when Luke Shaw doesn’t play Rashford doesn’t perform as well, which is why replacing Luke Shaw needs to be done properly with the right profile of player.

The strength of their new signings will always be handicapped by players like Soccer Aid, traffic Cone Casemiro insisting on loitering around the Club, undroppable because of his ridiculous wages, not his performances, letting the opposition midfield just drift past him with ease time and again.
