蛋餅煎至略熟後,放在盛好的白飯上
再將燒好的芡汁澆在蛋餅上,

这是我在天津上学的时候最喜欢吃的一道菜,毕业之后在其他地区就很少见过了,另外补充一个冷知识,《七龙珠》中的天津饭,其实就是日本改良版本的锅塌虾仁盖饭
日本那边就直接称之为天津饭,据说七龙珠的天津饭的名字也是借鉴了这料理
