Hello, I just bought a 64GB - Bootable Windows 11/10 / 8.1/7, USB Driver 3.2 for Reinstall Windows, Reset Password, Supported UEFI and Legacy, Data Recovery, Repair Tool from Amazon. I’m wondering if it is safe to use this device to fix my laptop?
Don't understand. Why is there any "magic" needed? Why you call it "OTG" instead of USB-A to USB-C adapter? Could it be that connecting a keyboard to a smartphone via normal adapter would not work because the smartphone lacks the host functionality of USB protocol? If the only purpose of an OTG device is to make the smartphone (for example) a USB host - did you mention this anywhere in the video?
@muhammadali8105 thanks for highlighting well the purose of the video is to explain OTG is simple terms. I have missed the point which you mentioned but good catch.
But Bluetoth has all of the device connectivity built in as part of the phone, and you can just plug a USB type C cable into the charging port to connect directly two a storage device. And you can do all of that at the same time as charging your phone with the built in wireless charging it has. There is no point in this device in this day and age. this would have been so nice back When android phones were shifting off micro B into Type C. But sadily its just DOA in my opinion.
@mylesheaven thanks for your comments, but I stil believe OTG comes handy when you want to connect various peripherals and also if you are doing any streaming OTG plays a key role. Do subscribe my channels as this helps me to grow.
So, If I have taken too many photos on my Android while on holidays and no longer have room on my phone. Does that mean I can connect my OTG pen to my android and transfer my photos from my phone to my 128GB OTG pen type C/usb to allow space on my phone?
@1226CT well OTG Pen will act as an adapter it does not have storage. What you can do is you can connect a seperate USB Pen Drive or Hard Drive to you Android phone using OTG adapter. Follow the below steps 1) Insert your USB-C charging port to OTG adaptor, use it to connect your phone and USB flash drive. 2) Open My Files app on your phone, click Images, or Videos or Audio. 3) Open Images folder and long-press the photos that you want to transfer. 4) Tap on Copy, then back to My Files main screen and click USB storage. Hope this helps, do subscribe my channel as this helps me to grow
@1226CT YES, the with OTG adapter you ca connect your USB hard-Drive or Pen Drive and you can transfer your data via phone in few mins, without copying the data into computer.
@@1226CT Yes, Refer my video Time Stamp 1:35 it give e.g that how to connect your USB storage stick. Once you connect with OTG, then in phone select the photos and move it to USB storage. Doing this you will save the hassle of connecting your phone to computer and copying the data.
@unboxandbeyond I'm confused. I bought a 128gb OTG pen because I was advises that it can hold over 10000 photos. Are you sure an OTG Pen doesn't save photos?
@user-oh9ct3ld5g YES, ou can copy the data from one phone and then you can transfer it to your Android phone. If you have an OTG + USB device then easily you can transfer the data to another Android phone. Hope this answers your question, do subscribe my channel as this helps me to grow.

@Corbeilville, I would not suggest that as such thing I have never tried. I only use this OTG adapter for data transfer purpose only.
