@akb2.029 You can connect the Headphone with Bluetooth but it does not have Aux port. You need to have an adapter USB-C to Aux port in case you want to use a wired option.

Hi @descoconn, pls double check once if the wheel is fitted correctly else the break pads are jamming the wheel. Check if the wheel nuts are too tight. Else might be issue with the wheel bearing. Let me know if that helps. Do subscribe my channel as this helps me to grow

@1226CT well OTG Pen will act as an adapter it does not have storage. What you can do is you can connect a seperate USB Pen Drive or Hard Drive to you Android phone using OTG adapter. Follow the below steps 1) Insert your USB-C charging port to OTG adaptor, use it to connect your phone and USB flash drive. 2) Open My Files app on your phone, click Images, or Videos or Audio. 3) Open Images folder and long-press the photos that you want to transfer. 4) Tap on Copy, then back to My Files main screen and click USB storage. @1226CT YES, the with OTG adapter you ca connect your USB hard-Drive or Pen Drive and you can transfer your data via phone in few mins, without copying the data into computer.

@@1226CT Yes, Refer my video Time Stamp 1:35 it give e.g that how to connect your USB storage stick. Once you connect with OTG, then in phone select the photos and move it to USB storage. Doing this you will save the hassle of connecting your phone to computer and copying the data.

Hi Vinoth, the bass in HP500 is pretty decent and you will love listening music, however if you would like to have a perfect Music specfic headphone then go for Motorola or Bose headphones

Hi HP500 is defenitely good for music. If you listen to heavy music all the tme then you may need to go for Bose or Sony headphones. But for light music listening then HP500 is good.

Fair point as the video is very old and I was starting YT so was not aware of all the things. There is always a learing curve. Thanks for the advise

this might be a audio driver issue, try A fix I found from another thread that's been working so far is to install the Microsoft HD sound driver. This might not work on all computers. To do this, right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on the "Troubleshoot sound problems" option. Go through the troubleshooter and keep selecting the option that says the quality sounds bad until it asks you if you want to install the Microsoft HD sound driver. Hopefully this should work. Try and let me know

Please try the following to turn on your headset: Try a different outlet. Try a different charger or charging cable. Here are the rest of the light indications- Solid white: The headset is on and connected to a device. Blinking white: The headset is in pairing mode. Solid amber: The headset is charging. Blinking amber: The battery charge level is less than 10%. To alert you, the headset beeps twice.
