Hi Ian, nice to see you out again. You had your health problems just before my partner, I spoke to you about it at the time, you both shared the same nurse in Carlisle hospital. Hope your keeping well, my partner struggles with the cold and cant do as much as he would like to. Stay healthy, good luck and HH
Hi Jacqui, thanks, was nice to get out again. Not my health problems this time but my Son, who has the same type of problems but much worse, reason I'm was over at Co Durham is that it is close to the Freeman Hospital. Am keeping well myself, though. Not too fond of the cold either, hope you and your partner stay well, all the best to you, GL&HH, Ian.
Hey Fubar, thanks, mate, good to be back out but only a short respite I'm afraid, still things are starting to look up now, all the best to you, GL&HH, Ian.
Hi Minnie, thank you, it is amazing what you can come across in a few hours detecting and every field is different, thanks for watching, all the best, GL&HH, Ian.
great to see you back mate brilliant video all the best to you and your family hopefully see you back up in scotland at toddys this year take care mate
Hi Ian, first find is part of a floppy disc from a computer. I think. Very nice to see you back out, hope you're well mate! Great video as always. ATB,GL&HH Mark
Yeah my mentor is back 😊 lol .. Great to see you back out my friend, good couple of hunts there and nice bit of coin shooting 😊 .. your mills grenade plug No. 36 will have a year date stamp on it, hey who'd a thought I would be able to tell you something 😀 he he .. I also found a American V nickle 1904 on my last hunt and I too at first mistook it for a modern one pence! .. hope you and yours are all keeping well. .. best wishes and HH Tina
Hi Tina, was nice to be back out, I did miss the detecting but family comes first and my Son has been in the Freeman for quite a while now. Hoping for the best, though, and the nurses and doctors there are absolutely first rate, brilliant in fact. Thanks for the info on the fuse, I guess the date stamp would be the upside down 40 making this a 1940 date. Strange how often a find gets duplicated by another detectorist on a different hunt entirely but either at the same time or very close to it. All the best to you and your family, GL&HH, Ian.
Well done mate, great to see you back out, ATB HH Andy
