Liminal spaces - I like it. Paying attention during the transitions is something I have missed often in my life, always going away from or towards something. The entire Gospel takes place in the liminal space between birth and resurrection/ascension. Gosh, I appreciate the nuance you bring to scripture and how your video's encourage thinking. I wish more pastors talked about this kind of thing from the pulpit.
i haven't rec'd a notification that you had new uploaded videos, John. i came on to find one of your old ones on the number "10"... I was pleasantly surprised to see you have several new ones. it is funny that this video is about space. i remember in your "10" video you talked about G-D was deconstructing. there is a video series by Rabbi Fohrman called "what we lost when the Temple was destroyed. you would love this series. He connects creation to the Tabernacle. but the part i can't shake is "precreation" in the genesis chapter 1 and the Tabernacle. you would absolutely love it. it is in your wheelhouse, John. Please keep uploading your videos. Shalom!
I had a dream two days ago before waking up after an actual rainstorm that occurred the night before, in Georgia. In my dream, I woke up and was outside my house (or looking outside). I expected to see trees strewn all about. However, the numerous trees all stood uniformed and were held intact by a red cord. Every tree had a red cord tied around them and threw them. Lastly, I noticed the trees all had trimmed tops. I'm praying for the interpretation.
i find the red cord fascinating... Have you studied the crimson cord from Genesis to Revelation? you can even start with the crimson worm "Tola'at Sheni" in Psalm 22:6. Trees are a metaphor for people. Remember when Yeshua healed the Blind man in Mark 8? the man saw the people as trees. I have heard the trees are metaphors for people..i think from Dr. Heiser. don't remember. Fascinating dream....
Hey John, are you still writing a book based on your "A Christian Guide to Beauty and Design" playlist? I would really like to purchase it! ruclips.net/p/PLs13luVYnhwPLV5PlRolMQlWSyLo46x0S&si=WEOPC1Qr06M8CwiR
