What is ASMR?
To me ASMR is an art form, just as a movie can put you in a different state of mind, so can ASMR. The difference being, movies achieve this state of mind as a byproduct, while ASMR strives to find those bits and amplify them. Over the years ASMR has greatly evolved from a simple tingle to a full body and mind experience. With an infinite amount of genres designed to help you, most popularly it can be used for relaxation, focus, motivation, stress and anxiety relief.
As the asmr community rapidly grows so does it's understanding. No longer is asmr a guilty pleasure but rather a scientifically studied and proven method of relaxation as a branch of meditation. As a follower of ASMR you know just how beneficial it can be first hand, and if you are new, I greatly encourage you to step into this new world with and open mind... just be sure you're ready for it to be blown.

Update: Yes i'm Polish!... Well i mean, I think I am 😅 Both my parents are from Poland, but I entered the world in beautiful, cold, North Mexico (Canada)

,,konscentantrować" It's adorable. I'm Polish and I myself sometimes mix words in weird ways. The other day I was yelling for about 10 minutes ,,konstrakt" couse I wasn't able to say properly the word ,,kontrast". So as someone that is Polish but was born abroad you're doing great!
This is one of the best ASMR videos I've ever seen. The microphone quality is heavenly and you talking (even though I don't understand it) makes me feel warm, relaxed and concentrated. It was really good to hear it while I was doing my report. Thanks PJ :)

I studied Polish for a year and quit after I failed my exam. After that I just carried on, didn't think about it that much, gave up and thought I'm the worst at Polish and then I see this video. I understand like 95% what he's saying. I should've continued studying maybe then I would've learned how to speak and write as well. My dream is still to live in Poland for a while tho, love the place.
