The reason why we give out blankets and headphones only on request on flights where customer load is less than130 (on B777) and 160 ( on A380) is because we believe it's more personal for our customers to deliver these items by hand and also because after each flight as a cabin crew we need to collect remaining blankets and headphones that weren't used throught the flight and it makes our job easier if we don't have to collect 300+, only those ~100 which were used. :)
I have to say this was something mindblowing.. Such a huge jump in quality, and the small "dad jokes" step this video up. Great job and keep it up!

3:38 - To be quite honest, mentioning your height in relation to legroom is useless.... The decisive factor is not the overall height of a person, but the leg length. I am 1.83m tall, but at the same time I have quite long legs. This means that I have less legroom on planes than a person who is the same height as me but has a longer torso.
Not, it isn’t useless, it’s still a basis.

I took this flight today and barely noticed anything because I was too busy freaking out about the turbulence haha. I’m a lifelong fearful flyer and it’s upsetting to me that even this brilliant video couldn’t get me excited enough to overcome my fears…I guess the battle continues! More flying, less fearing!
I flown with emirates countless times now. They never drop their standard or fail to impress. If you hv the money it’s a good airline to fly with and 100% worth the experience, especially on their 380

Hi! awesome video, quick question, does that seat 36, even tough that is against the bathroom / lavatory wall, it recline the same as the other economy seats, or it has limited recline since it is located against a wall?

What I notice on most EK flights I flew on is if the flight has very light load, blankets are usually provided after boarding complete to each passengers (or some flights will be upon request). This is due to the fact that EK crews are required to collect all blankets before landing so it might unnecessary task for the crew to collect a bunch of unused blankets on a half-empty flight.
Did u just say hot roll!? Last time I had hot roll on EK was in 2015. I remember back in the days, EK would warm up croissants for breakfast service but not dinner rolls. Then, they did it sometimes in 2015 for a short time. I flew to JFK in Dec 21 and got served same food but with cold and hard roll lol.

when I think of my own trip to dubai:
Flew on a brimmed Primera 737-800 to Ras Al khaimah from Billund back In 2010 when Dubai was just emerging big time and Burj Dubai was finished

You hit on something that touched a nerve with me. I don’t mind paying a little bit more for a better product. Passengers aren’t entirely blameless in the decline of standards; I used to say that passengers wanted Legacy airline levels of service and comfort but only wanted to pay Low Cost/Ultra Low Cost fares to get it. In the early 2000s, American increased the seat pitch in Economy Class, but it didn’t translate into more riders. Where I have the option, especially on a longer flight, I will pay more to get Premium Economy or even First.
It's Dubai. They'll inevitably extend the Metro to World Central Airport.

❤Emirates Airlines my favorite airline and onboard cabin crew's.
Emirates and Qatar are the two main airlines that travel between the US and BD for whenever I go home. I feel like Qatar has been good, although emirates has just consistently been a little bit better every time I have rode with them. The only downside is that Qatar, at least now, is considerably cheaper (several hundred USD), and is continuing to get further away from Emirates. If the brought down the price even a little bit, I would book with them more often. Doha is also really nice to connect through.
