First pair of asics. Didn’t even know about the preorder so I tried my luck with a few raffles and a couple first come first serve drops and got 2 pairs (by accident) via raffle on Feature and SNS. Was able to nab a pair online a few days ago. I skipped the pre order last year and regretted it. They sold out mega quick on the HAL Studios site.. looks like asics aus will be releasing some remaining pairs on the 29th.
Funny thing is HAL or Highs and Lows was the first sneaker store i was buying at 14 years ago. Its my local.

Clean colorway! How are these in comparison to new balance in terms of comfort. Would you still prefer 2002R or 1906Rs??
Still prefer the NBs, but it’s not by a huge margin. 2002R offer better GRs than ASICS 1130 GRs.
The quality is CRAZY on these. Once I opened the box I can already tell the leather is of a higher quality judging by the smell 😂

My guess probably hard but I could be wrong. Also check the time they release. For example on the east coast they’re releasing at 6am.

I don’t think so. But the first ones is my favorite because it’s more wearable.

31 years old here, I'm keeping an eye on Asics, and I think they did their Gel Lyte V dirty this year. It was the 30 years anniversary and they barely released a few spring colors, mainly for the ladies.
Been slowly drifting towards Mizuno lately. Love the CW and the materials but not a fan of this new silhouette.
They should’ve done more for the lyte V

Don’t think these are good at all. The quality of them aren’t even close to GR new balances. The color scheme is just alright. But it’s just my opinion. But I always love your content ❤
I have a pair and honestly in comparison to NB it’s not that bad NB has a lot of fabric backed suede and this one has that as well so in comparison to NB quality it’s not necessarily there with the regular leather but it’s pretty damn close surprisingly it’s not as easy to see the material quality in this video as it is actually having the pair Edit: I’m not talking in relation to the made in USA pairs
I’m surprised by this comment. The materials on these is excellent considering it’s a mostly mesh based sneaker. I have plenty on New Balance sneakers, Made in USA & UK and these compare very well.

@alah musleh I respect your opinion ✊🏼but the quality on these is up to par with a NB sneaker. Yes, these are mostly mesh but the leather and suede are really good. When you compare these to a regular 1130 GR, it’s night and day the difference in quality and materials. ✌🏼
