    Hi, my son shared this video because he is interested in this program. I want to ask you if these series of exercises are safe for a 15 year old kid or if his developing bones can suffer an injury. Could you please clarify this for me?

    • @T1_Strong
      @T1_Strong  Месяц назад +1

      Training like this is very good for young athletes in our opinion. Like anyone else, he'd need to be careful to make sure he doesn't get any overuse injuries, so it would be wise to look out for tendon and joint pain, but as a whole training like this is not dangerous for teenagers. He can use lighter weights as he gets to the loaded parts of the training program to make sure his form is correct and safe, and he could reduce the volume (for example, instead of 3 sets, 2 sets) to make sure he doesn't build up too much fatigue.
      Thank you for reaching out!!

    Hi I need to ask a bunch of questions. We are trying to follow the instructions. So... Are the warmup, cool off and recovery done every training day? Where it says week one there are no videos. Is this section done from the begining? Can we have a zoom conversation so you can clarify the sequence?

    • @T1_Strong
      @T1_Strong  Месяц назад

      No problem, the warm up is done before jump sessions, and the cool down is done after jump sessions. The Recovery + Mobility section is for days that are labeled as such. If you click on an exercise it’ll bring up a RUclips video to show you how it is done.
      Everything is listed in chronological order. If you have any further questions please email t1strongzach@gmail.com

    • @hanjiplayer
      @hanjiplayer 2 месяца назад +2

      If you’re training for volleyball, and your tendons dont hurt, just jump/play more. Tendons are incredibly complicated, to the point where in 2024, researchers still don’t have the full picture. Online movement cults will have you convinced “tendon work” is the key to athleticism, but tendons are not the same as muscles, and researchers are not sure how stiffness or load tolerance correlates to force production, because force production is so muscle based. Just do muscle work and stay healthy
