So far, Kim seems like a decent tier, but far from top-tier characters like B.Jenet, Krohnen, Kyo, etc. He has super massive-damage combos, but his normals and super moves don't seem as good as other high-tier characters. Hope Xiaohai continues to explore the character more to find out what strengths Kim has. Love this character.

Xiaohai with Kim (a character he is still polishing) has been defeating Top Tier Characters 🤦‍♂️ I've watched all Xiaohai matches using Kim 🥋 imagine once Xiaohai Masters Kim. You talk about his normals not being super good lmao his down C is broken and can be canceled, ⬇️ C stops many neutral moves from characters I've seen that a lot, his cross up (a) is very dangerous, ask ET... Kim is super strong in the hands of players like Xiaohai. Normals are not everything in KOF.

@@skapkof7313 Las Tier list son subjetivas. Pa mi kim es fuerte y no es Far FROM top Tier como dice el usuario se me hace exagerado decir que es Far from SS Tier lol
