I had a 5k road race last saturday and managed to pb at 20:52, tough i'm only 138 lbs, so probably could use a bit more speed.

They’ve Vivobarefoots, and no he doesn’t run in them, just wears them day-to-day and for lifting as I do - they are indeed nice and wide!
