The Doobies are the best concert performers I have ever seen. They play the jazzy long extended versions of their songs and put their whole heart and soul into every song. LOVE THE DOOBIES
These original guys are the best! Brings me back to 1977 when I went to college.....we'd walk into a bar and either this song or another of theirs would be playing......

I have seen the Doobs twice in 6 weeks this summer and they only get better. Sadly Tom is temporarily off the tour due to back surgery and praying good health and healing to/for him in Jesus' Name. But John Cowan was spectacular filling in for Tom Johnston especially at the Illinois State Fair. There are not too many bands with this high level of musical synchronicity, flair, coordination and a wide range of the blend of rock and roll, jazz and soul all rolled up into one 2.5 hour nonstop package of musical excellence. There will never be another Doobie Brothers. Come back soon, Tom!

I've said it once, I'll say it a thousand times: This is the song that got me interested in the Doobies! Mid 70's I used to go to a neighborhood pool and swim. They had WLS on the radio all the time, and I used to hear this song. Those were good times.
Just WOW!! I remember when this song was so popular. It was played at every party, every dance, etc. It just didn't get any better! I remember everything about this song, even played it on the piano! I have to say, I really enjoyed this performance! Thanks for taking me back to my high school days! Doobie Brothers Rock!! (So do the horns!)
