2 lead singers kept it interesting ...andy was decent ...but (i still say) carl had one of the best voices of the time... thanks for the blast from the past!... with love from Barrie 👍🎸🥁👍
Has it been pointed out that this is a song about the video game craze that was emerging at the time? I figure it's worth mentioning. It must have been strange at that time, seeing all these young kids huddled in dark rooms, staring at video screens, oblivious to what was around them. Kinda like how literally everyone is today with their phones.
You are totally correct! The word to describe CONEY HATCH is, PASSION! The passion they have for their music is highlighted by the high level of musicianship they exhibit both sonically & visually within their live performances and in the studio.
@@CarlDixonOfficial For sure my friend. :-). I'm currently writing you from: PORT ARTHUR/FORT WILLIAM, ON or THE LAKEHEAD, ON or THUNDER BAY, ON! I'll answer to any & all of those city names. This town was a hotbed of support for hard rock/metal in the early 1980's up until today. You must have some war stories from performing at: THE UPTOWNER MOTOR INN & NITECLUB, later the name was adjusted to: THE INNTOWNER MOTOR INN & NITECLUB. THE SLEEPING GIANT MOTOR HOTEL & THE SLEEPER ROCK & ROLL CLUB, to name just a couple of stages.
Going to see them on the 25th
29th?
I had the pleasure of meeting Carl Dixon when he was a touring Guitarist for April Wine and he was a cool person.
Likewise, cheers

Nicko McBrain fom Iron Maiden said same thing.
