  • Copper heat sink fin painted black, then painted again with liquid crystal paint. Peltier module attached on backside with thermal paste for heat conduction.

    If you used a peltier device, you could change the color backwards faster by cooling it.

    I can use this experiment. Can you provide the components you used to set this up(eg. the circuit peltier size, etc)

    Search for "Thermal Liquid Crystal Paints" in the Edmunds Scientific website. It currently looks to be out of stock, but I'm sure other vendors sell comparable products! Thanks.
