How do we write clinical impression and differential diagnosis ; For instance in case of cervical radiculopathy condition. Can you kindly brief on this?
Differential diagnosis always before confirmed diagnosis you have to write , For example if confirmed diagnosis is sciatica. Relevant differential diagnosis like disc prolapse , piriformis syndrome or lysthesis can be written in D/D
Leathery thickening swelling mainly comes because of any chronic or systemic condition. So if patient has any history like that and skin feels thick while palpating. We can confirm it.
It means how the affected limb is positioned when you are observing patient . For example shoulder dislocation patient will hold affected shoulder from elbow with other hand
