In neer test internal rotation u mentioned but did external rotation na??

Sir I did not understand the relocation test. How do you apply pressure (i mean in which direction)?
You apply pressure in the direction opposite to dislocation. For example if it is anterior dislocation you apply pressure in posterior direction
