  • welcome back again every one!!! huuuuuuugeee thank you to all the new subscribes and a massive thank you to all the viewers on the last video! over 2k views in 2 days! that's a new record for my small channel. well I am back and this time with utter carnage with my good brother in arms Jed, as we kitted up and took to the woods with the Hankyu and the Yumi, this was a day of laughs and I enjoyed editing this one together!, I hope you find it as amusing as we did, all in the name of a good laugh and education of course! no doubt the kyudo community will hate everything about this haha! live long and happy folks! enjoy!

Fantastic video Dave, those woods look amazing some nice shots it would seem. Though I do detest those paper faces.

Great fun had by all by the looks of it 😀 see what you meant about the long arrows 🤣
Launching javelins with a low poundage bow certainly doesn't look easy

Very awesome. If you don't mind me asking, where do you get the equipment from (arrows I can make of course)? Thanks.

Hello and thank you!! So both the Hankyu and the Yumi came from Sarmat archery :) the Yebira (japanese arrow quiver/box) Jed had made privatley i do believe. The hakama i am wearing and my Gi underneathe is my Budo uniform from when i was a martial arts studen of budo taijutsu. The waraji (my shoes) and my Tabi (white socks) i had made by an old friend and my kimono came directly from Japan. Jed also made his Clothing from scratch :)

@@journeywitharrows2742 Great, many thanks for the info :)
Not been out for a while because of the plague. My current bow is a 74" 38# longbow that I made with Pip Bickerstaff on one of his longbow making courses.

Great fun. Must've taken an hour to get ready. Will have to chase up Sarmat for my Hankyu.
