All he needs is the team and if I had to bet on one front office to get him who he needs, its the Spurs. They have always selected and trained amazing role players. If he stays healthy, and the Spurs rebuild around him smoothly, I think being the future face of the league is possible for him. But yes, he still needs to win chips before that. He has plenty of time to do that tho. Dude just turned 20. He just needs to prioritize his development right now. I think the Spurs FO is the one that has a lot of things to do if they wanted to win a ring in the next 5 years.

The reality is that the most famous player in the league is always the face of the league. They have to be great too. VW is the most famous young player in the league and I’m going up to 8 or 10 years with this “young”.
