people who are complaining about his average shot at the start of the season must remember that in europe we play on a different field, so the shooting range is kind of messed up when a European player comes in the NBA for the first time
And he put a lot of weight during off season which also change how he feels the ball and he said he's changed also the position of his fingers while shooting. He hust need to ajust

When I was watching his hype (without watching his game) for the draft, definitely thought he was gonna be a bust. Turns out hes the real deal and more.
I get frustrated with the losses too, but we've heard it before: it's a process and Wemby has incredible skill. If we Spurs go lottery again, we'll just pick someone to complement him.
If you want Spurs to become a true contender, be happy that they aren't .500 team from the get go. Spurs need talent and high draft picks to build a team around Wemby. Luka was too good too soon and Cuban decided to go all in his 2nd season and it has hurt them ever since. OKC did it right and were patient and Spurs can, hopefully, get Wemby the supporting cast he needs to become a contender.
Apart from shoot selection, I think it could be useful for him to learn how to get fouls and score after contact. For a player his size it's hard to run the floor back and forth and the Spurs pace is too high. So basically getting to the line more often would help him slow the pace of the game instead of the bad quick possessions the Spurs are producing right now that are just forcing him to run and lose both his stamina and lucidity.

Embiid didn't really stoped him nor scored as much as u think on Wemby who was also on min restrictions
The only person able to contest any shot of Embiids was Wemby, who actually only got scored 16 points on. The rest of Embiids points come from zach cllins who is one of the worst centers in the league that still gets play time.

You keep talking about skill, when it's just his length. Yes, he has game, but standing up straight and just putting arms up is not skill.
At this time last year Spurs had 15 wins. This season they have 8. The change? They added LoseBanyama. Adding him took one of the WORST TEAMS IN THE NBA and made them 2X WORSE.
Clear sign somebody never watched any Spurs game this year. The Spurs ran the Sochan PG experiment for the first 20 ish games of the season, hence why there were so many bad losses (because not all experiments work)
Ever since they put Tre Jones back in at PG (which happened at the start of Jan), the Spurs have been playing everyone close with the only really bad losses coming against Bos and OKC.
Also, the Spurs did not have 15 wins at this time last year. In fact, they were amidst a 16-game losing streak and only got their 15th win at the end of February.
Imagine calling people casual when you couldn't even get basic facts right.

It took 4 years, the addition of 3 future all star players (Pippen, Grant, Paxson), and a prime Jordan of 24yo to turn the Bulls around.
Cut him a slack and give Wemby some time. He may not succeed, but it's way too early to tell.
The roster is bad, Pop didn't play the only PG they have, Wemby was on restriction and Spurs are tanking like hell. Is that enough or you need a brain graft ?
