  • tearing down the rear end on my honda trx300. needs new pionion gear bearings.. i also show u hot to remove the pinion gear with a home made tool. it was quite easy. now am waiting for parts.,

    bummer, wanted to see the axle coming out, have a bent one, onto looking for another video.. pretty speedy on the wrench there...

    Mine makes a clink and a little jar is it my universal joint it's never been changed and I don't think it's my rear diff I put a new one a about a year ago.

    Put together on 450 Honda foreman sterring shaft. 2001

    Definitely sounds like the bearings. If you need help check out d-rays shop on RUclips he'll show you how to do everything with the rear end

    How did you get the brake mounting plate off the axle? Mine is fighting me like crazy!

      If all else fails, you need to thump the axle out, gently !, From rear left, you can then remove backplate and bearing without to much grief, done it, it works

      @@013doogie awesome! What I didn't realize is that the left wheel was still on and picking some weight from the ramp underneath (the wheeler was lifted on the tow bar in the middle) which had the axle coming through crooked. So sliding everything out became difficult. Thanks for the advice!

      Likely bearings going bad should be changed

      Mine act s like it jumps up in the middle of the fourwheeler. Not sure what it is plz. Help

      @@reeseperry4896 could be the driveshaft yolk. Could be the universal on it. Could be internal lol gotta start by tearing it apart

      @@MTD12HPTURBO its. A 96 300 fourwheel drive but sound s like. A bearing going out. Its got that kit were u can make it fourwheele drive or 2 wheel. But it jumps in middle of set. When riding it

      We do we test them every day and fix the problem
