I found more value in this video than I did with many other channels put together. I can finally make my purchase in confidence. Thank you very much and I greatly appreciate your help.
I bought the Sony a6400 and have used it for about a week so far and have to say it was a great buy. You can't go wrong with either of these choices and if you're an normal user all of them will work just fine for your needs
Even though this is a 3 year old video, I still find it to be extremely helpful in making my decision on my first camera. I graduated from highschool today and plan on buying one of these cameras with money ive gotten, and your amazingly well done videos are helping me narrow my decision. I think I’m gonna go with the a6400 due to it being only a couple hundred more and offered many more features that would be helpful in a long-term camera for a beginner like me. Many thanks!
I bought the a6100 for live-streaming then decided to record one 4K video, since my M50 fails at that. I have been hooked on the image quality since then. Great vid bro
Thank you for the review, very helpful. I upgraded to an A6600 from a A5000. Since I wanted IBIS and bigger battery, and rarely use the flash, it was a good choice. I also love the larger grip. I wish they had done the display like on the A7C though.
I like your approach when making videos I recently bought the 6100 thank you for your dedication , im building my RUclips channel for Spanish speakers .since that is my native language
I worked 40 years with Nikon F-Mount and also Z-Products. Now, I bought the A6600 with the Sigma 56/1.4 for Portraits und Events. Real Time Tracking in combination with Eye-AF unbelievable great! I completely different way of photographing with a high hit rate. Now waiting for the A7 IV and will say "good-bye" to Nikon.
Thank you for this video and as well for the very informative content. I have owned the Sony A6400 for almost a year now and have taken it travelling with the SEL1650mm kit lens. (This was traveling pre-pandemic). Over the past few months, I have since paired the A6400 with a few lenses - some with and some without OSS. I have also seen various reviews of the A6600. Looking back, I would still choose the A6400. One of the main considerations for me would have been IBIS, but it appears that Sony's IBIS on the A6600 may not be "good enough" to warrant the cost difference. Purchasing a lens with OSS (albeit the selection would be limited to Sony lenses) and using a handful of techniques might offset the absence of IBIS on the A6400. I would like to point out that I do not own nor have ever used the Sony A6600. The comment regarding its IBIS is merely a general perception based on others' reviews or sample video clips. With the screen - I've gotten used to it. In some ways, having it flip up is better than having it side-mounted. For front-facing photos/videos, with the screen flipped up, at least your eyes are directed more towards the lens (even if you may be looking at the screen). If the screen is side-mounted, since there's a tendency to look at the screen, then the front-facing photo/video will capture your eyes looking sideways. With respect to durability - I managed to drop the A6400 on concrete while in Melbourne Park in Australia. It was a 3.5-foot drop. The main point of impact was the back part of the hand grip (where the battery door is). The battery door swung open as it hit the ground and the metal plate inside it popped lose. I thought for sure the camera would be damaged for sure. You can imagine what I felt at that moment as my wife and I ponder at the unfortunate event that just transpired. But lo and behold, other than a crack underneath the Preview and Trash Can buttons, the camera worked! Even the kit lens was unaffected. I was unable to close the battery door at first but after playing around with that metal plate, I was able to insert it back and have the battery door close properly. There was no other physical damage - even the grip itself left no evidence of the drop. We were amazed! Had I been using a larger and heavier lens, the outcome might be different though. Of the Sony A6000 line, the A6400 probably offers the best balance in features, functionality, and cost. Not too long before this post, Fuji released the X-S10. This may be more of a competitor to the A6400 in the APS-C market.
@@SilveiraWTraveler Yes. For less than the cost of the a6600 body, you can get the a6400 + 2 Sony lenses with OSS. For myself, I find full frame cameras much too large to take anywhere. A consideration especially when travelling. Since the original post however, there have been new camera releases that I would consider if I were buying a camera today: Sony a7c - Yes - it's full frame but with a compact body. Sony ZV-E10 - Recently announced - APS-C sensor and interchangeable lens - an even less expensive option than the a6400. Fujifilm X-S10 - I think this is the best mid-range APS-C camera out there. And this one has IBIS. I own this as well. Where it falls short - battery life and video recording limit (a6400 has no limit).
Prob the best comparison video I have seen. You mention things that the average person can understand and what they would look for. Other channels focus on super niche details that mean nothing to me, or things that I don’t understand as an absolute beginner. Great video.
Awesome video. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor recently which has put me in a bed. It has given me a huge appreciation for my county and while in bed I have noticed that there is no real video or blogging done to show it off. I will be better within the next 8 mounths or so. I plan on starting an adventuring channel to show of New Zealand and also film a bit of hunting. What do you think the best cameras and lenses setup would be the best for blogging myself while hiking as well as the scenery/animals and then also being able to zoom in a few hundred meters on animals. New Zealand is a pretty ruggard and wet bush type environment so anything would need to be weather sealed at a minimum. For someone new to it all, it's pretty hard knowing what lenses and cameras would be good. GoPro with a a6600 or a7c with an assortment of lenses? I really have no idea, any opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks

I found a great deal on a used a6100 as an upgrade to my a6000. There were two things that were left out of the 6100 that it never occurred to me to check. The electronic level which I just assumed would be there, and then the IR sensor. I use and IR remote with the 6000 all the time and it was a great disappointment that it wasn't in the 6100. Maybe no one else uses it which is why it's never mentioned in any review. I get around both, but it seems to me those were odd things to leave out. Outside of that, I love the camera.
Was thinking of upgrading from my old APSC to FF and awaiting the next 2 camera announcements from Sony but recently went on a trip that made me re-appreciate the crop system for my style of photos (run and gun while traveling). Now I’m between the a6400 vs 6600. Flash vs IBIS. Honestly I rarely use the flash so I may pick up the 6600 this fall.
2 years later after production of this review and I insider it one of the best for these cameras. Great job with a concise, objective and honest review.
Wow you are superb. That video is wonderful. Was gonna get 6100 for live streaming on @lalate but now wondering about @6400 for the dust resistance. What does dust resistance mean exactly? It seems worth the extra $200 because Im always around dust.
Glad it was helpful. If you plan on being outside where there’s a ton of sand or dust - it’s nice to have. If you’re in a studio - it won’t matter as much. Hope that helps.
You really are THE best camera guy on RUclips rn. You're down to earth and truly help us make informed decisions based on honest reviews and what's best for our personal needs.
it will take some time these cameras just came out, I like the flip up screen though 😏 we can bet that in next models the menu will be touch friendly like in a7SIII
Sadly, anytime I see a video about a product and I check the price, its always arround 30 to 70% more expensive here in germany. For example, the A6400 is 899 in € or 1022,38 in US $... anyways, great video, now I know what I want.
Thanks for the video! I ended up getting an A6000 as my first camera a few weeks ago, but was tempted to upgrade in hindsight. I'm not particularly good at getting crisp focused images through the EVF though. Have you done any comparisons between the A6000 and the A6100 image-quality wise? Your shots look stunning, and the A6000 has been quite fun to shoot with overall, just need to figure out how to focus a bit more reliably. I'd prolly jump to the A6400 if the viewfinder is significantly better, unless there's another way to verify focus that you'd recommend/if I'm not supposed to be using the viewfinder to check focus..
You're very welcome. After you take a shot, check the focus in the LCD by zooming in on the preview. Depending on what you're shooting, you'll want to use different AF modes.
Is it my imagination or are there no annoying (read: "lazy vlogger") jump cuts in this video? Makes it that much enjoyable to watch along with the great info, shots, and footage. Thank you! It's still tough to choose between these cameras but now I know more in order to make a decision.
YES, YES, YES!!! That is what I use for a lot of what you see. If you can swing the Sigma 16mm ruclips.net/video/uORT1dfeS0M/видео.html that's great. Otherwise, start with the kit lens.
@@TechGearTalk I'll Surely recommend this channel to all my friends...You are Replying to every query and oh man that's insane......I cannot ingnore your passion and hardwork😍
Easy answer is A6100 at 548 currently. Difference in $600-700 in a lens is much higher than a body. Same sensor, batteries are cheap, and if you need log then You should probably be shooting full frame anyway. Image stabilization might be the biggest difference. If you don’t need it get the 6100, if you do buy a used A7iii
Your voice is very pleasing as always. Now I have decided to buy A6400 as I would mostly be shooting birds (and sometimes making videos in indoor settings) and I can spend rest of the money in lenses.
Thanks for a great comparison of the 3 cameras. It's the best kind of comparison I've seen to date, which is a very big compliment from me, as I'm super critical with precise details that are relevant. You covered the most significant data about each camera so we got a clear picture based on their physical / mechanical and software differences.
Hi bro.. hope you will reply I take online classes. I usually shoot 2 to 3 hours continuously. I use a tripod, so I don't need stabilization feature. Which camera is enough for me? Can I run those cameras with the power bank?
Thanks so much for watching - you can power them with a powerbank - I have not had any issues with overheating, but I know a few people who have - and you can get a small fan to help with that. Honestly, any of these would work because your use-case doesn't require a lot of the more advanced features. Hope that helps.
Thanks for a comprehensive comparison video on these three Sony Cameras. The way you presented the differences made it so I could understand the differences. I was trying to decide between the A6400 and the A6600. I found a good deal on a very clean lightly used A6600 so that is what I ended up with. I think I would have been just about as happy with the A6400. I do like the bigger battery and since I already have an A7iii I have an extra battery and a battery charger. It makes for a nice combination.
Hi Friend, After watching all your super nice videos, today I got sony a6400 I thank you a lot and all credit goes to you. So finally I have got my first camera. With extra pair of battery, card and zoom lens
Thank you so much for this comprehensive comparison, Sagi. Yours are truly some of the best, most rational, and objective comparisons I've seen on RUclips.
Bought the a6400 yesterday. Mostly for video. A6600 was a serious option mostly because of IBIS and better battery. Difference in price was almost €500,-. That’s why is went for the 6400 en spent money saved on the dji ronin-sc and got a extra battery for free for the Sony a6400 (Nederland/Holland). I think that is the better deal when you are shooting mostly video. Also bought the sony sel 18-105mm f/4.0 g with oss. Great combo!!
I think you made a fantastic choice. The SC will give you much more stable footage than the a6600 without a gimbal, and the extra battery will solve the other issue when you need it. CONGRATS!!!
I prefer the m50,,,,, I have the a 6100.... but the colours are not for my art videos ,,they are to drab ,lots of cinematic views on here ,,, ok .great! but who wants dark streets and shadowed faces ,,,sony .are given loads of publicity by given camera users .we dont all have to follow the hype .
@@AlanOwen but wouldnt the m50 wear down due to exposure into the elements due to changing humidities and the more humid it is, you cant take decent images cause your m50 would just short inside?
Coming from a A6000, I was really leaning towards the A6100 since it's well priced and not that much different than the A6400. But 100,000 vs 200,000 actuations... Is making me have second thoughts.
I like watching your video/explanation. You talked slowly and easy to understand since Engllish is not my first language. Good job sir! I'am in the market of buying a Sony camera serie A (below $1000) or the Sony ZV-E10. But actually I'm not gconna vlog a lot. I like taking video of the view. buildings, street photography/video.
Thanks so much for this video. I’m still on the fence. Driving myself crazy. Big part is cameras AND Lens. I want the 6600 but I also want a couple good lens that won’t break the bank but are fast and do justice to the amount of money I spend on the camera. D90, Mark 6 II. Ugg. I love your videos. Excellent teaching and presentation. Every time I watch, I go out and almost pull the trigger. I want a camera for my channel, top down recording my ipad for tutorials, and recording myself, plus photography and b-roll videos.
Hi Johnny - it would depend on your expectations. You can't walk around with it and have it look perfectly stable, you'll need a gimbal for that. Hope that helps - thanks for joining the channel!
Great breakdown! So I bought the Cannon m6 Mark ii on prime day and trying to decide what to do, now I’m thinking I should get the a6400 or a6600 instead. Because I love the no overheating and no record limit! Any other thoughts to help me make this decision. Thanks!!
Excellent video man! Recently tried out the 6100 and I’m really satisfied. It performs very well and gives a crisp video. The one complaint I have is that it heats up fairly quickly when recording video
Appreciate the input Pierce! I did run tests with all of them and I was able to record for several hours with the a6100 without it ever overheating. Did it stop recording for you?
Great video comparison. I own a Sony a6400, but I have a question. Is it worth upgrading? A friend of mine wanted to buy the a6400 from me so not sure if it's worth it to spend the extra money to upgrade to a6600. I mainly do photography and I don't use any of the video features.
Hi There, I am about to purchase either the 6400 or the 6600 for my wife for Christmas. She is only a beginner & I'm not sure which model to buy (I am aiming for the a6600). Can you recommend a good all round lens for the 6600? the camera will be used for portraits & landscapes etc. Thanks in advance. Brilliant channel btw.
Thank you for your videos. I got lucky and found an OB A7iii at BB for a great price. What I’ve learned is that I do not take it with me like my X100V. I LOVE the build of the A7iii but the cost of FF lenses for a non-primary camera isn’t the best call in my case. The resolution of the A7iii is better than my Fuji X100V but I have to look for it. What I’m learning is I love Sony AF for my kids but don’t think I need FF. I also don’t do much video so it seems like the 6400 is the right call. With that body I can afford better glass. What two lenses would you recommend for a walk around and a low light lens for family shots indoors? I don’t mind a zoom for walk around but would like good quality & fitting in s hoodie pocket would be awesome. Can’t express how helpful your videos are.
Awesome video brother, I think I’m gonna go with the a6400. Can you recommend a couple lenses for me? I mainly need one for jewelry photography and one for portraits but something that can help shooting in exteriors. Thank you for your help!
I like your videos review, and the sample photo you're taking are beautiful. I want to buy my first camera and i'm hesitating between A6400 & A6600. I like to take pictures on my trip, especially handheld night street photography and other low light situations. You seems to be a good photographer and an honest reviewer, so i'm asking for your view : Is IBIS/OSS a feature that can help me have better low light/night photos or is it just convenience and i can have same result with an A6400 and a non-stabilized lens ? Also, I've noticed that the A6400 has two auto modes (Intelligent Auto & Superior Auto) while the A6600 has only Intelligent Auto. Do you know what are the differences between theses two modes ? Anyway, Thanks for your channel, keep going =)
Im thinking between the a6400 vs the a6600. I'm coming from a a6000 planning to upgrade to up my photography game and I have big hands which one is for me?
I use the a6400 w/a battery grip for a year shooting sports to help alleviate the grip problem. You could try that or get the a6600 & a battery grip which could be more comfortable for you. I'm on instagram @mtruproductions
Thanks for the video! I’m a sports videographer shooting basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, golf, and volleyball for a D1 college, which in 2021 would you recommend as my first freelance camera?
I am getting into real estate photography which of the 3 cameras would be best for me starting out as well as what is the best lens I could use without breaking my budget?
Thank you very much for the in depth review. I’m currently in a heavy hitting portfolio class wrapping up my graphic design degree. We’re required to use professional photography for each project. Each project involves stationery items. I’m using both drop down and straight on shot methods. I want each shot to look as sexy and professional as possible. Which of these would you recommend? Thank you
I look forward to your excellent videos, so thank you. I notice that the 6600 does not have an electronic shutter, only the mechanical one. No ones seems disappointed that there is now no “silent” shutter and wonder if you could comment on this. I am puzzled that it has been omitted as I think it is important.
Great video! I’m looking to purchase a camera to capture family moments such as of my kids dog etc as well as home videos. would you recommend the 6400 or 6600??
hello Sagi, thank you so much for the very thorough review about Alpha 6000 series camera of sony. I’m new in using “real” camera and i’m in need of guidance in choosing what’s best for me. I’m looking at a6400 and a6600. I can take amazing pictures using my iphone and old school point and shoot camera but believe me when I saw i’m clueless in using the legit cameras out there. anyway, thanks for your review you defined well the big difference of the 2. I’m planning to use the camera for both taking pictures and filming competition / games of our kids and when we travel or when i’m doing my Yelp reviews 🤭 anyway, i need your POV on which camera is more bang for my buck since i’m considering this as my stepping stone camera to photography and hopefully lifestyle content in my posts online. Also, i need to know what’s the best lens to use as a first time buyer / user. I know this is a lot and btw, thanks for the link that you put for where can i buy it so far the price is very competitive compared to Best Buy. I’m hoping for your recommendations and honest opinion - it will really means a lot to my journey in photography 😊 - Mari

Glad this was helpful. I think you're making a good choice (because it's base don exactly what you need).
Here I am again 22:35
Not looking to buy any of these cameras. But it's hard to resist a new Tech Gear Talk episode.
Appreciate you Thomas 🙏 - at least you got to laugh at me at the end 😂🤣
I was thinking to get the A6600 just because that thing has IBIS, but at the same time i want to buy a gimbal, okay i’ll go with A6400 haha
2 years later after production of this review and I insider it one of the best for these cameras. Great job with a concise, objective and honest review.
Thank you for the kind words, Juan 🙏🏻
Great, clear, unbiased content as always! Very much appreciated.
So glad it was useful Joel - appreciate the thoughtful feedback 🙏🏻
You are the best guy on youtube for camera gear, other more famous youtubers don't even know what they are talking about.
I appreciate the kind words 🙏 Thanks for being part of the channel!
I’m currently looking for a b-camera for my a7iii but it’s not an easy decision!😂 this video definitely helped a lot, thanks!
Exactly the video I needed from my fav reviewer
Glad you liked it!
Im waiting for the next a6000s camera with the flip screen of the sony zv1
It will be interesting to see if they implement that design.
it will take some time these cameras just came out, I like the flip up screen though 😏 we can bet that in next models the menu will be touch friendly like in a7SIII
*I'm planning to purchase Sony a6400+Weebill-s for vlogging..Is it a good combo for vlogging?*
I very much appreciate the support. I really try to help people whenever possible.
Replying to everyone and every comment is just awesome and really kind of you
🙏
Easy answer is A6100 at 548 currently. Difference in $600-700 in a lens is much higher than a body. Same sensor, batteries are cheap, and if you need log then You should probably be shooting full frame anyway.
Image stabilization might be the biggest difference. If you don’t need it get the 6100, if you do buy a used A7iii
Makes sense to me
This guy helped me a lot when buying a camara. Thank you so much and yes definitely buying Sony a6400 ❤️❤️❤️
A6500 - In body stabilization, Popup Flash, Silent shooting etc.
Haha loved the bloopers at the end!
Your voice is very pleasing as always. Now I have decided to buy A6400 as I would mostly be shooting birds (and sometimes making videos in indoor settings) and I can spend rest of the money in lenses.
I"m glad the video was helpful in making a decision. Thank you for the compliment and for being part of the channel 🙏
@@TechGearTalk I bought A6400 today finally. Now waiting for my 70-350 lens and start clicking birds in my backyard.
Came for the comparison, stayed for the outtakes at the end. Brilliant!
Appreciate you watching all the way through - glad it was worth it!
@@TechGearTalk Indeed it was. I love your videos!
Grateful that you are part of the channel
I'm considering getting the A6400 primarily for livestreaming and a bit of photography. Excellent comparison. Thanks a bunch!
Excellent comparison video. Crisp and has all the information I wanted.
The Sony a6400 is definitely most value for money. I was choosing between it and the a6600. For my channel, the a6400 does the job great!
Great review, I think from watching your video the a6400 is the best option for most.
Greetings from UK
Hi bro.. hope you will reply
I take online classes.
I was thinking of A6100... But the last sentence made my day... Buy it nice or buy it twice... Will go for A6400
Thank you for the detailed info.. it helped me to buy 6400 over 6100.. Thanks
It makes for a nice combination.
smooth reviews. YOU got yourself another subscriber...
Hi Friend,
After watching all your super nice videos, today I got sony a6400
I thank you a lot and all credit goes to you.
So finally I have got my first camera.
With extra pair of battery, card and zoom lens
CONGRATS!!! I'm so glad I was able to help!
Excellent video went with the a6400 and its been a blast so far
same, just bought it with the 18-135 and i'm in love
@@V0ID_beats im rocking the Kit 16mm lenses and its been smooth for my Livestreaming
Thank you so much for this comprehensive comparison, Sagi. Yours are truly some of the best, most rational, and objective comparisons I've seen on RUclips.
I'm so glad the videos are helpful and am truly grateful that you are part of the channel 🙏 (Sagi)
Just watched 2 video and i am in love with you and your videos.
Every single details.
Thanks a lot.
So glad I could help. Thank you for being part of the channel! Appreciate the kind words.
CONGRATS!!!
By far the best comparison of the 3! Thanks a lot!
So glad it was helpful!
Other reviewers should really learn from this guy. Superb job!
Excellent review!!! Very thorough - just what i was looking for. Cheers!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for being part of the channel!
seeing this now strains me between the canon m50 or the sony 6400 for wildlife/landscape photography... so difficult!
@@AlanOwen but wouldnt the m50 wear down due to exposure into the elements due to changing humidities and the more humid it is, you cant take decent images cause your m50 would just short inside?
have looked 3 o 4 videos of yours, really like them, really helps me in my buying choice
I'm super glad it was helpful! Thank you for the kind words and for being part of the community 🙏
Coming from a A6000, I was really leaning towards the A6100 since it's well priced and not that much different than the A6400. But 100,000 vs 200,000 actuations... Is making me have second thoughts.
Made perfect sense. I learned something useful every minute of the video.
So glad it was helpful. Thank you for being part of the channel!
I never get bored from your videos you are realy talented. Thanks for all your efforts 🌟🌟💫⚡❤
I really appreciate all the support Ahmed 🙏🏻
Just a stupendous comparison. Well done. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
I’m so glad it was useful and I appreciate the kind speeds. Thank you for being part of the channel!
Excellent review.
I will go with thw A6400. All-rounder one.
I guess a6400 would be the best choice for me. Thanks for your video. I had to watch it 3 times to make a good decision
Hello great asset. Quick question, would be much appreciated for helping choose 1 for a wedding video? Thanks you sir
Out of the three, which camera is best for photography? I’m planning to use it to take photos and videos but mainly will use it for photo.
The fuji X-S10 has top specs. Could you please do a test?
Very helpful video! Just what I was looking for, thank you!
I do real estate videography...seems like the 5-axis stabilization would be worth the investment...
Tech Gear Talk Interesting. How many hours would you say? And yes, it got to a point where it had to shut off to cool down
Oh wow, I don't know, at least 2. I don't ever really record for longer than that.
Tech Gear Talk Yeah I’ll have to pay attention next time and take note as to how long it’s on for before over heating
Ive recorded for hours on the a6100 and no overheating issues
A6600 is built for me. I need that in my life. Dope video.💪🏽
I don't think you did a good comparison. You did the best!!! I am impressed with the details. I love the bloopers at the end. 👍👍👍
So glad it was helpful! I appreciate the feedback and support! Thank you for being part of the channel!
Great video, good info regarding the differences and similarities between these three cameras.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for being part of the channel!
hey, super like your camera reviews!!! which one is would you recommend for landscape photography?
Awesome video brother, I think I’m gonna go with the a6400. Can you recommend a couple lenses for me? I mainly need one for jewelry photography and one for portraits but something that can help shooting in exteriors. Thank you for your help!
Which sony Aseries great for sports photography???? Subbed man! Tnx
I like your videos review, and the sample photo you're taking are beautiful.
I want to buy my first camera and i'm hesitating between A6400 & A6600.
I like to take pictures on my trip, especially handheld night street photography and other low light situations.
You seems to be a good photographer and an honest reviewer, so i'm asking for your view :
Is IBIS/OSS a feature that can help me have better low light/night photos or is it just convenience and i can have same result with an A6400 and a non-stabilized lens ?
Also, I've noticed that the A6400 has two auto modes (Intelligent Auto & Superior Auto) while the A6600 has only Intelligent Auto.
Do you know what are the differences between theses two modes ?
Anyway, Thanks for your channel, keep going =)
great work. very informative and clear comparisons.
So glad it was helpful. Thank you for being part of the channel!
Hi great video which helped me a lot, I’m upgrading from NEX-6 and I think the A6400 would be a fantastic upgrade after watching this.. thanks again.
I’m currently using a Nex 6. Did you do the upgrade and was there a noticeable difference in picture Quality ? I take mainly stills. Thanks.
I'm on instagram @mtruproductions
do you think the 6400 is worth the 1000 dollar price tag labeled currently? great video btw
Loving your content and presentation style- very professional and excellent informed content, thanks !- subscribed
Thank you very much for the kind words Neil! Appreciate you being part of the channel!
Great comparison. Great video 📷
Thanks for spelling out the differences! Great video!
Thanks TJ!
Thank you
Love this review. I want to make budget short films but not sure which one of these should i purchase. What would you recommend?
I look forward to your excellent videos, so thank you. I notice that the 6600 does not have an electronic shutter, only the mechanical one. No ones seems disappointed that there is now no “silent” shutter and wonder if you could comment on this. I am puzzled that it has been omitted as I think it is important.
Hi there Douglas - appreciate the kind words. The a6600 has silent shooting MENU->CAMERA SETTINGS2->PAGE 4->SILENT SHOOTING.
I hope that helps.
