    you said you were ignoring erens ability to see the future, if you squint at feral instinct it could count as seeing the future

      Damn I should have thought of that, it would have been a great way to try to force that one in

    Everything seems on point, the only issue I found is that for the Giant Barbarian the extra thunder damage can only be applied to a weapon you're holding. I guess this can still work regardless because you could use either your unarmed strikes or use a weapon so you have options. All in all a solid idea and builds

    • @dndbuilds

      I'm always disappointed when I can't apply certain spells to fist attacks, it just feels more awesome when that's allowed.

    • @yamato9753

      I always houserule what can apply to Weapons can apply to everyones fists who has specialised in them.
      (Monks and unarmed fighting fighters for example)

      In dnd unarmed attack counts as a weapon because of the wording in the player handbook, you are proficient with your fist regardless of damage, and melee attacks that you can add your proficiency is a "weapon"

    • @cameron6435
      @cameron6435 8 месяцев назад

      The rules of unarmed strikes says
      "Instead of using a weapon to make a melee weapon attack, you can use an unarmed strike: a punch, kick, head-butt, or similar forceful blow (none of which count as weapons). On a hit, an unarmed strike deals bludgeoning damage equal to 1 + your Strength modifier. You are proficient with your unarmed strikes."
      Meanwhile the rules for the feature "Elemental Cleaver" is
      "When you enter your rage, you can choose one weapon that you are holding and infuse it with one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, thunder, or lightning. While you wield the infused weapon during your rage, the weapon’s damage type changes to the chosen type, it deals an extra 1d6 damage of the chosen type when it hits, and it gains the thrown property, with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. If you throw the weapon, it reappears in your hand the instant after it hits or misses a target. The infused weapon’s benefits are suppressed while a creature other than you wields it."
      I have the players handbook in my room and I have never once heard of unarmed strikes being considered weapons. They are a mele weapon attack, but they are not weapons.

    The only problem here is the best titan. He would totally be a Bugbear with those long arms!

      I got so caught up with the idea of interacting with beasts, I totally overlooked a bug bear, they would be perfect and I would be well covered with the couple levels and druid that probably would have been a better way to go

    I would so want to work in Tavern Brawler just for the Bonus Action grapple, to pick them up to your height. Next turn just drop them from 20-30 ft up and then just pummel them while they are down and do it again.

    Couldn't you also take the Feat "fay touched" to learn Enlarge/reduce?
    You could even describe enlarging others by using your latent founding Titan Ability!
    Now you can be gargantuan AND you can enlarge others (just not both at the same time).
    Flavor Text for using enlarge on someone after using giants might:
    "(Class/Name), as (Titanshifter) roars and grows you feel a surge of primal Power from within you. Your entire Body grows with your newfound Titan Might. You get the benefits of [enlarge]"

    • @dndbuilds
      @dndbuilds  8 месяцев назад +2

      Totally forgot about that feat, that would have probably been the better choice actually, good call

    • @yamato9753
      @yamato9753 8 месяцев назад

      @@dndbuilds Thank you!
      I did that exact build for my first Attempt. That allows you to go huge at level 3 if needed when you took the Feat as a variant Human.
      And you can still get other Abilities and Feats later. Symbolising you taking more Titan Abilities to yourself, like the protection fighting Style.

    • @DParkerNunya

      Enlarge/Reduce is a 2nd level spell, so you can't grab that from Fey Touched

    • @yamato9753
      @yamato9753 8 месяцев назад

      @@yamato9753 That would have to be a DM approved homebrew. RAW, it gives you a free misty step and an enchantment or illusion spell of first level
