holy shit dude, i went on a wild goose chase trying to figure out my morse code, I figured aucity could visualize the audio for me. I ended up searching how to read it on audacity and found this video. Behold its the exact same game and part of the easter egg I'm hunting! Thanks man!!!
A really excellent video, I found out how to write out Morse Code properly (spaces to distinguish letters etc) through trial and error, but it took me quite a while. This video has certainly made it easier to read Morse Code with your tips, and would've saved me a lot of time in writing Morse code itself if I had seen it earlier!

Just wondering what version of audacity did you use? When I tried it, it wanted only an audio file and didn't accept my video recording (.mp4). I uninstalled it because the wiki and discord does not recommend the latest version of audacity.

I’m not really an expert on it, and I can’t decode long messages without morse translate but what I did was record it and then listen to it in different sections of around 5 letters and then when I had written it down I moved on to decoding the next 5 letters and so on. It takes a while but it works (it’s also easier for console players who don’t have anything like audacity)

Not sure I get what you mean by the morse being a secret? If you are referring to a noisy server, like a sandstorm, then I mentioned that in the video. It’s simply don’t attempt it in that server. Leave it. Join another until you have a quiet server.
@@Jonah620 the thing is that it's not about battlefield😅 you see, there is a song video with a morse code in the background sound, so the whole audio of the song makes the code unclear even in the spectogram.. any idea how to get the code alone or get rid of the main sound?
In this demo and the way I did it, then yes. The recorded game play is dragged and dropped into audacity. Don’t know how you would achieve that without recording the game play.

Bubba Gump good question. I never really have this issue, because like I said in the video if the server was dodgy in anyway I simply restarted he server before I carried on. I have seen videos were people “Normalise” the track and the morse popped out no issues. I tried this and from personal experience I managed to get it to work like every 1 out of 20 times. So I disregarded this method. But there are many other options to play with. I just recorded what worked for me every time after many many experiments. I hope this helps?

Otherwise it would have been the same length as a feature movie at the cinema. Hopefully it will be of help. After many hours on Albion my top tip is only break what you have to. We got carried away sometimes and destroyed half the map, then realised other stuff did t work. So we learnt the hard way. Good luck.
I don't use RUclips for any of this process. There is a time restriction with the Albion map for the Escalation Skin as the morse resets overtime the server is launched. So if you are idle for too long in the server, you can get kicked and if you were the only one in there then its a new morse when you go back in. I have been recording to either and external drive, which is the fastest method as you simply move the drive from xbox to PC/MAC and sweep the file in, or with XB you can upload to one drive and access it directly from your PC/MAC there. Uploading to RUclips takes quite a bit of time and you could run the risk of getting kicked from the server. But if this method of getting the file into audacity works for you then great.

My spectrogram looks nothing like this and I downloaded the clip from Xbox converted it to wav

Yes it was an empty server. No snow, no sand storm. I was on Amiens.
When I transfer it it says that it is an advanced recording and that it needs to be converted to a WAV file. Can you tell me how to do that

You need to record your game play, then I upload it using OneDrive, then using a computer drag it into Audacity and crack on.
