As bad of reviews as MK 4 got; I personally loved it. Alot of hilarious stuff in it. Example *breaks opponents neck with throw*

Thankfully I did not read game reviews as a kid cause I had the time of my life with this game (the PSX version to be precise). Tekken is a POS.

@@chewie481 I disagree on Tekken. But only to an extent. Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection and backwards I loved. But the ones after that yeah; I didn't like them much. Tedious as hell

MK4 is one of my favorite fighting games ever just to lab out combos in. Something about them just felt right. Even if it's just psuedo 3D UMK3 I love this game, warts and all.

they didnt necessarily know about it but they still implemented the max damage mechanic to avoid anything that could take anything above +40% of your healthbar
