I’ve bought many recipes books written by Michelin stars chefs to manage to do as well as classical French pastries and original ones but all is not often well explained. With Bruno’s videos, I manage to do lots of beautiful and tasty dishes thanks to his creativity and skills. Not too much sugar in the pastries and well balanced flavors, and a big heart to share his knowledge ! Thank you very much Bruno!
