I worked at New Horizons in Junction City Kansas and I can attest, these are top quality. The best news is the entire thing is built in house. The frame, walls, floors, roof and cabinets. Only the appliances, axles, and appliances are brought in. The time and attention to detail is incredible. Very nice rigs. Leaps and bounds better than all the production line models.
Full-timer in a class A DP here! Thanks Myles! Finally a big 5er that's useable for Wal-docking a.k.a. parking lot boondocking as the bedroom and bath are accessible when the slides are in! Plus, the mini-splits are SOOOO much better than standard RV units. They're much quieter and more efficient. However, the 3 axles and the low outside storage space kills them for me. My rig's bays are tall enough for my 6'3 frame to sit in and both are passthrough. That's hard to beat.
Your in my neck of the woods!! Well not really lol, I live about 20min south of Pittsburgh! Very nice fifth wheels!! They are refreshingly different and beautiful!!
We are going to be at their facility in two weeks to have our independent suspension maintenance done. We have a 2022 Riverstone 42 fskg. Looking forward to seeing what they have.
I see what you mean. Everything in that first unit's living/kitchen space is perfectly placed and brilliant storage in the bathroom and bedroom. Can see the overall quality straight off. Personally I think it presents better value than, say something like, the Luxe 38GLS Gold
After having lived in a majestic 36RK3S or several months it would be very hard to want to live in anything else fifth wheel wise. My F450 handles the weight of this unit with no issues at all. Driving up I 70 through Eisenhower Pass and down again was a piece of cake. Was the fifth wheel expensive yes but we’re looking at decades of ownership here.
Very very nice 5th wheel but the bathroom leaves something to be desired for this price point. If this is a couples 5th wheel that is customizable, would be nice to see a large rear bathroom behind the master with washer/dryer combo .
I guess I would probably not have an RV "custom built" for $250K but I have to confess that I did just have a 25th Anniversary Cedar Creek Cottage 40CFK2 built with all the bells and whistles except carpet. That one was less than $80K with shipping, tax, license, and "insurance" and I paid cash. The two you toured remind me of the RVs from yesteryear, and if the cabinets, for example, are solid wood I'd go for white maple, not 1970s maple. Also, it seemed odd that the sofa and love seats are different colors but I guess that is what the customer ordered. There is almost every floor plan one can imagine available these days. It takes a unique person not to be able to find one to their liking "close enough for government work." I hope that answers your question.
I was surprised that the Majestic was not as unique as the Summit. I also don't understand why anyone wants carpet over slides anymore when they can have integrated flooring.
@@robertjohnson4784 Luxe aint got nothing on New Horizons. SpaceCraft is even more crazy customizable and they even make semi-truck fifth-wheels in the 50+ FT range.
@Lex-Rex I think the new horizons interiors are not that nice. I personally had a friend that owned one. And on the first trip out, the interior started to fall apart.
@@robertjohnson4784 I own a 2015 and I still have it to this day that I full time in. I have yet to have interior parts fall apart LOL. These are pretty much full custom and you can design them anyway you want. If you don't like the interior that's on you, or you bought one used.
This is Hershey! I was in this unit as well, too many wine racks, but I guess if you can afford a $400,000 fifth wheel, you can indulge in luxury liquor.
They are worth their weight in gold as they are intended for full-time living. New Horizon and SpaceCraft are the Newell and Prevost conversions of the fifth wheel market. I own a 2015 I bought used in 18 and it is solid.
Very nice but for that kinda money i would probably get a luxe ive provably watched hundreds of videos of fifth wheels these were gorgeous but for the price seems high
Sounds like you are looking at this 5'er for the very first time. Just introduce someone FROM New Horizons with the actual knowledge to professionally show the rig.
@@chrisk4109 you should go sell a high dollar product. It’ll really show you how many people out there have a significant amount of money to spend on whatever they want.

Love it! Love the rear kitchen as you do as well! Just looks like it has more room in the entertainment area! Love it x3!! Gorgeous

Would be nice to have a custom made one That way no one would have a home like yours Curious to see if they have 2 bedroom 2 bath models
Can someone please explain why....any manufacturer would put the furnace on the porch side...right under the awning? Kinda silly

It might be Corian.
They make solid surface showers as well as Swanstone, Kohler and many others.

Fabulous. Awesome. Gorgeous
With a mini split system, you have roof cassettes nothing on the outer roof.
Best of the best, hands down. Most importantly, in-house designed and fabricated frame. No Lippert tin foil frame.
Look at the Luxe Fifth wheel RV Is truly the best of the best

The cool thing about New Horizons is you build it how you want. Every single thing is customizable to what you want it to be.
Nice unit , but I prefer my Montana legacy better 👍 good video , many nice units there . Stay safe , enjoy !
I have a 2020 Montana Legacy also, but we are looking at the majestic. It’s far better than what we have now. Hands down
No wayyy it’s worth that much
The worth of anything is the amount that someone will pay for it. So yes, to some the New Horizons are absolutely worth it.
They are worth their weight in gold as they are intended for full-time living. New Horizon and SpaceCraft are the Newell and Prevost conversions of the fifth wheel market. I own a 2015 I bought used in 18 and it is solid.
Are they still 24 months out on an order?
These are beautiful RVs!! If I was going to live in an RV I could justify the cost, but this is way too far out of my price range!!
Does tiffin make 5th wheels?
The dark wood flooring does not match the wooden cabinets.
Beautiful. DARE to Dream❤
They're stuck in the past, I'm definitely getting a Brinkley.
It’s great in there
I'm really feeling the fact that I can custom order & it only takes so little time.
Where's the Mrs?
Man you should try and find a legacy 425FO.
exelent idea ac
Lack of basement storage is a no go for me. I'll keep my solitude 390rk
Salutations from Maryland 🦀👋👨🏻🦳
LUXE if you can afford it!!
Not even in the same league.
Personally like I said luxe to me is the best of the best
He needs to say custom a few hundred more times.

Another RUclipsr put his sticker on the trailer. “It’s a really cool thing he’s done here”. Uhhh……no, not really.
that's solid surface in the shower. like corian
Jk I love ya Myles
For that price, I would go with Space Craft 5th wheel.
Luxe is as impressive and much more economical. It also has 3" walls.
I love lux, three things make this more interesting. 240 volt system, custumization and current pricing with lux puts this in the same field of play..
Same class as a Luxe except Horizon has a better AC.
They are actually a step above Luxe if you crawl around both the quality difference is evident.
QUICK QUESTION**** WILL THEY CUSTOMIZE HAHAHA
I think that’s their thing 😂 not sure if I remember to mention it haha
Very nice but for that kinda money i would probably get a luxe ive provably watched hundreds of videos of fifth wheels these were gorgeous but for the price seems high
Wow you can buy a house for that much money
Luxe customs are probably the best
Sounds like you are looking at this 5'er for the very first time. Just introduce someone FROM New Horizons with the actual knowledge to professionally show the rig.
I wish I would have. It was my first time looking at New Horizons in person.
Absolute best quality?Rv's are not being built like quality these days.
you can't touch a luxe
No body is going to pay that kind of money for a 5th wheel they must be crazy
