Jenny Rayman do some real research, he never wanted to marry her but his mother forced it and forbid him to marry Camilla. He always loved camilla so to be in a marriage you didnt want and trying to love the woman and forget the other woman was very difficult for him im sure. Yea it's still cheating cuz he did marry Diana but it wasn't fair to him or Diana or Camilla. Try putting youself in his shoes,i know that would be painful to be forced to marry someone you really dont want to.
Diana cheated too. Both were in the wrong, it doesn't matter who did it first.
If Charles loved Camilla so much he should have abdicated from royalty like his great uncle did. Instead he wanted to have his bread buttered on both sides. Camilla and him together both basically chose Diana for him. Diana mentioned at first how Camilla pretended to be so friendly with her and telling her how much Charles likes Diana and telling Diana what she should and shouldn't do. They thought she was perfect, his family would love her (aristocrat, virgin, child bearing age, sweet etc) and for him and Camilla she was also perfect due to her being so naive, ignorant, easy to mould or so they thought. who can blame her for feeling so used and insecure. Charles never even gave their marriage a chance, the whole thing was a disaster.

@Margaret Gust Diana started having affairs after she knew her marriage is falling apart..she tried her best to get Charles back and she even confronted Camilla in a kind way...but in the end she knew Charles had know love for her.... that's why she started having affairs... I mean put yourself in her situation... you marry a man that you loved and will continue to love....but after the marriage your husband starts cheating with his so called "best friend" you try to get him back but failed so.You realise he used you to make his next generation...and you realise that he has no love for you...what would you do then?just sit,watch and cry??....she did all these things too...and in the end she decided to move on...if someone had been in her place they wouldn't have been so polite and forgiving....charles is a horrible man...a demon disguised as an angel.i understand that Charles really loved Camilla but he ruined another women's life for their love.He could have handled this situation in a different way.He was abusive towards Diana...she was sick and he didn't even help her out...he mocked her for her sickness...what kind of a prince does that?a truly selfish disgusting man he is...karma will get them both
