Only problem with the hd universe except crw is when you're on fire youre on the ground, meaning that you can't move

Probably the lines were originally meant to be said while in the air. Same thing happened in the photo opportunity mission in GTA San Andreas. It was originally meant to be CJ and Cesar taking the photos in a helicopter which is why they shout the dialogue in that mission even though they're supposed to be secretly snapping them from the building across the road.
