I took over all 30 businesses and got bulletproof cars as a reward. I just drove a bulletproof car in the pool area before triggering the cutscene. I just sat in my bulletproof car and killed them all easily.

The only hint for this mission is climb to the springboard and when you stay in there kill all you can with the AK-47. For the swimming pool guys (basically the guys you can't shot from the springboard and you have to go down to kill) use the Equalizer (the powerful pistol) to kill it at the first shot and not receive damage. It's still very hard but with that strategy the mission is easier. I hope this help you.
Here's a tip- before starting the mission load up on rocket launcher and grenade ammo. When you get to the shoot out run to the beach and lobby grenades. Use the rocket launcher on the women elevated on the building or the diving board.
This is my first cheat there because was freaking hard I died 23 times and lost a lot of money I use cash cheat,armor cheat HP cheat,weapons set 3 cheat and slow mo cheat

Damn, this is the hardest mission in the GTAs ever. It would be hard even without the wacky controls, it simply overtakes the Demolition Man, or th Wrong side of the tracks. I did it without going up, but the constantly respawning "sniper" really makes it hard. I shot her first, than I switched to assault, and I shot evrithing nearby, I decided to stay nearby the health pickup, wich respawns frequently. There were shooters wich I can't reach, but they could shot me, so it needed a sniper too, also granades for those staying in the pool. I somehow did it, than the chase was frustrating, knowing if I fail it, I need to do it again, just drive, next to the quad, than when you just behind him shoot, he won't throw granades when you so close
+SON OF AMAZON HQ I think he means that it is hard to control the character with the analog stick, aiming is also a pain in the ass both auto and manual , imagine how much easier it would be with keyboard and mouse, especially a mission like this. oh , and flying missions are horrible in this game too because it's difficult to control the plane \ heli. I remember playing the original Vice City on PC and missions like this with big shootouts were pretty ok because i had better control over Tommy Vercetti with keyboard and mouse, but this right here, this is the kind of mission that you never want to revisit.
