    While taking care of my mother,I spent many years being severely sleep deprived which I’m certain caused my CKD plus gut issues and other metabolic dysfunctions. I have followed your advice since day one but have not been able to “fix” my insulin resistance. Thank you for being you!!! 🙏🏻❤️
