Plastic is lighter than water. Knowing this, I always pour 1-2 ml of water from the plastic bottle out before drinking. I hope it helps to remove some plastic dust.

Doing a lot yet not enough to reduce plastics and forever chemicals as teflon etc
As an inspiration for anyone and please respond with your tips:
    1. Taking my neighbour's single use 5L water bottles and using them for water from a mountain spring.
    2. Buying most of my food from local producers directly from their farms / shops and using only my own bags
    3. Not buying what I absolutely don't need. Well... Learning how not to...
    4. Replaced all teflon cookware by stainless steel inc of our airfryers (Lidl sels 1 model in Europe which fits the bill). I've donated the items I had to people who don't care and by that hopefully prevented them from buying new ones.
    5. Picking natural fabrics clothing or clothing from Charity shops.
    6. Driving car which was supposed to go to scrap. (Shockingly cheap after initial fixes which were still below £2k. Covered 50k miles and still goes strooong, will easily do another 100k in it with average yearly maintenance and repair cost below £600 while keepin the car in tip top condition with all luxuries like AC or CD player - as that's where the luxury list ends, but who needs more).
Again, any further tips from anyone will be very much appreciated!

The recyclers are not even recycling the plastic that we put in our recycling bins.

It would be great to have an atrificial kidney. But the kidney is so complex organ, that it is not possible for human to re-create it from metal or plastic. I have much more hope in a pig kidney, but I heard that there is big concern between scientists, that pig kidney does not clean blood as it should be for human. I hope, science can overcome this issue.

It's impossible to get away from plastic 😢I think recycling has to go up to a new level where the plastic is transformed into another element which is not plastic. The poor glomerulus of the kidney that has to deal with plastic!
...I'm kind but moody because I work part time the night shift in a hospital but always minimal stress for my single kidney!. Thanks doctor!😮

Is there a way for humans to get rid of micro plastics and nano plastics from our bodies?.
Blood filtering kind of? Blood donation perhaps? i would suppose labs/hospitals do check the blood's micro plastics contents before being administered to other person, perhaps not.
About 50 % of micro plastics and nano plastics in our body we do inhale them (because people are mostly inside their places) the rest is from food and water we ingest.

I have poor hearing, too, but I use Bluetooth earbuds and having that soft voice fed directly into my ears makes him easy to hear. Also, the auto-generated closed captions (the CC button) available on all RUclips-playing devices are pretty accurate! I hope this helps.
