This epic, legendary album "Highway to Hell" will get you pumped up. It was the prelude to "Back in Black" and was Bon Scott's last album. Great memories with this song.
Back n Black was named after Bon passed. Meant like ACDC is back n black from a funeral. Angus Young is the lead guitar his brother Malcom played Rythem guitar. He recently passed away RIP.
Malcolm Young was Angus' older brother and one of the best rythm guitarist in the business. He left the band 2014 due to health issues then sadly died in 2017 at the age of 64. RIP!
A good one from AC/DC. Others to check out Let There Be Rock, Highway to Hell, It's a Long Way to the Top, What Do You Do for Money Honey, You Shook Me All Night Long, Shoot to Thrill, For Those About To Rock, Touch Too Much, Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution, High Voltage and Big Balls.
I just luv Bon Scott singing .And his lyrics. When he died, they losed the singer. But Brian Johnson is a great singer. But no way he is on the same level as a lyricist. Bon Scott wrote those sarcastic, ironics, tongue in cheek lyrics .
AC/DC was a catchy hook machine. Album after album they'd put out simple, high energy, straight ahead rock n roll riffs. Nothing fancy. Angus with his head banger dance all over the stage while he played a guitar as big as him 🙂
I absolutely love Bon Scott!!!❤❤❤ Gotta react to "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Big Balls", "High Voltage", and "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", with Bon Scott as vocals... The 🌎 misses Bon...RIP❤
Angus the little school boy guitar player so good. Dude plays banging his head the whole time...neck has to be in shambles. 😂 \m/ Rocked me all the time in high school!
Angus Young has always been the lead guitarist for the band. The guy in the parochial uniform. 😆Love watching you guys reactions to 80 smusic! You always pick fantastic bands and songs! It's been my experience over the last 50 odd years, you cannot go wrong with AC/DC! 🤘
Angus Young (lead guitar) is the face & swagger of AC/DC, but (the late) Malcolm Young (rhythm guitar) was the low-key riff master... he and his brother Angus just had the natural ability to crank their guitars in unison on AC/DC songs like "Girl's got rhythm".
This is probably my favorite AC/DC album and one of my favorite songs. I used to have every AC/DC album prior to their last 2, and I also had a copy of their Demo. Angus Young was the one who inspired me to learn how to play guitar nearly 25 years ago. So many great songs from them to choose from.
The guitars are the Young brothers - Angus Young and Malcolm Young. AC/DC was actually Malcolm's band. The singer is Bon Scott. All three were born in Scotland and immigrated to Australia with their parents as children. The only members in the band who were actually born in Australia were bassist Mark Evans and drummer Phil Rudd. After finding success in Australia, together they all moved to England for a better shot at international success in 1976. Evans was asked to leave the band in 1977, replaced by an Englishman. So essentially a band of Scots formed in Australia who found success in England with only one Australian band member.
I always enjoy me a little Bon Scott to get me through the day!!!!! Thanks for this!!!!! Keep playing the Bon Man!!!! Anything basically before 1980; the music from ADDC is Bon as the front man!!!! Brian Johnson is fantastic but Bon is the original head banger lead vocalist!!!!! Keep on keeping on!!!! So says Austin Tx!!!!! 🤩🤩❤️❤️😎🍸Feel free to react to the tune “It’s A Long Way To The Top If You Want To Rock And Roll”!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!The bagpipes are awesome for a rock and roll tune!!!!!
One of their best from the Bon Scott era! Angus Young is the head banging, energizer school boy, his brother Malcolm is the dark haired guy on the other guitar.
Last Bon Scott album, this one was produced by Mutt Lange. Much more "polished" than any of AC/DC's previous albums. This shot AC/DC into mega stardom, unfortunately right before the death of Bon Scott. Hope you guys take the time to listen to Whole Lotta Rosie with Bon Scott vocals. Amazing. Listen to them all!
Love love this jam! A banger in concert! Definitely shook it and grooved it! Malcolm doesn't get enough credit in my opinion. The Young bros are self taught and awesome! Their songs and their playin are "tight" as my brothers say!
Whats great was being alive when these guys and the rest were current and just waiting to see what would come next. And seeing people still like this music.
Hello Asia & BJ!! That's Bon Scott, the original lead singer that's singing this song! I just commented on your video, with AC/DC's song, Hells Bells. Please look at my comment on there, too! Keep them coming, Asia & BJ!! 👍😎👍
Some little facts about the band. The band name AC/DC came from Angus and Malcom Young's Grandmother's Sewing machine. It ran off AC power and DC power. Also Angus Young's School Boy outfit was sewn by his Grandmother for him. He always wore it as a tribute to his Grandma. Angus is lead guitar and his brother Malcom is the back up guitar.
AC/DC is HANDS DOWN one of the most badass bands. You guys should look into doing Motorhead-In The Black! Such a great song too. I'd love to see more classic rock from you guys! Awesome video!
I think I said this before, but we listened to the first side of this album for months before we finally realized the 2nd side was almost as good as the first. We listened to the first 4 songs, over and over, in a friends car that had the loudest stereo around, ear splitting volumes with all the windows rolled up. Crazy. Highway to Hell, Girls Got Rhythm, Walk All Over You, Touch Too Much just hit the right spot then.
This is one of those "radio friendly" songs, that a lot of hard rock/metal bands had to make, trying to get some radio play back in the days, before MTV, youtube, etc etc.
My favorite band 🤘🤘 especially the Bon Scott era. That man could Fuckin sing. You guy's should check out the live videos of their songs with Bon. You won't be disappointed. Trust me 🤘🤘 loved your take on this song. Much love and respect to you guy's
This is peak level AC/DC. The band was molten hot. Bon Scott was scorching his way through the life and music. Angus and Malcolm were the jet fuel the provided the power, while Phil Rudd and Cliff Williams brought the thunder to the beat. Sadly, it is also the last stand for this configuration of the group. As you know about 6 months after the release of HIGHWAY TO HELL the lead singer, Bon Scott would pass away after a weekend of misadventure. Sometimes I wonder how much greater the band would have been had he lived to record the material being written for the next album, BACK IN BLACK. But we did get the release of DIRTY DEEDS DONE DIRT CHEAP to remind us of their past glory. Suggestions for future AC/DC songs, SHOOT TO THRILL, DIRTY DEEDS DONE DIRT CHEAP, & if you can pull it off NIGHT PROWLER. If you can pull it off, Night Prowler should be listened to in one take. Because it has a particularly unnerving effect that way. And I really want to see Asia's reaction to that song. It will be priceless.
Back in the 70,s these guys were an infusion"rock really need,d seem,d"it was like' where in the hell did these guys come from, with their name AC/DC L.O.L. Bon with his tongue n cheek lyrics! they all seem to feed off each other' Phil Rudd on drums' of course Angus &Malcolm loved their POWERAGE Album
I am.over the moon happy that ya'll finally checked this out,..first time I heard this, had me hyped up!,..you cannot sit still with it,.just can't, super hyped blues, funk,..infused to the rock,..awesome,..do.check out "Shot Down In Flames",..so many hot ones from them,..Godspeed, Peace ✌

I've been around the world I've seen a million girls Ain't one of them got What my lady she's got She's stealin' the spotlight Knocks me off my feet She's enough to start a landslide Just a walkin' down the street Wearing dresses so tight And looking dynamite Enough to blow me out No doubt about it can't live without it The girl's got rhythm (girl's got rhythm) The girl's got rhythm (girl's got rhythm) She's got the backseat rhythm (backseat rhythm) The girl's got rhythm She's like a lethal brand Too much for any man She gives me first degree She really satisfies me Love me till I'm legless Aching and sore Enough to stop a freight train Or start the Third World War

this song is from 1979, Bon Scott is the original lead singer who died from choking to death after a night of drinking and then in 1980 Brian Johnson stepped in as lead singer and took AC/DC to the next level
I’m not very well versed at figuring out how to work this all and get a message to you. I greatly appreciate you both - The analysis by both, BJ’s deep dives into meaning and Asia - well, your voice - it’s like Tupelo honey (see van Morrison). Sent you guys some cash to keep you going. If you could react to The National “About Today”, well man, that would make my day. But cheers no matter. Sending great karma, as always, from chilly New England. Jax

Every song on this album is a classic.
Yeah they were just hitting their prime when tragedy struck.
Every song is pure gold

Highway To Hell was the Bon era peak, followed immediately by the Brian era peak with Back In Black.
Back n Black was named after Bon passed. Meant like ACDC is back n black from a funeral. Angus Young is the lead guitar his brother Malcom played Rythem guitar. He recently passed away RIP.
Malcolm is doing the main riff on guitar. Angus takes off on the solos. Malcolm is always the secret engine in the background.
Damn straight. Perfect combo, perfect role each member of the band. AC/DC is what happens when all the stars align.
no..isnt it andy young - bob scott and melvin young on guitar? ....but they all dead in a plane crahs i think ?
no , sorry ...i think that was the band "Lynryrd Cohen " ...that dead in the crashs ...shorry , i am not see too well ....but i think is is

Malcom was the unsung hero in that band.
Great rhythm guitarist! RIP
She got the Back seat rhythm!
Malcolm Young was Angus' older brother and one of the best rythm guitarist in the business. He left the band 2014 due to health issues then sadly died in 2017 at the age of 64. RIP!
From the same classic album: "If You Want Blood, You Got It" "Highway to Hell" "Walk All Over You" "Touch Too Much"
Angus Young is lead guitar. This is Bon Scott singing. The jack or whole lotta rosie are awesome to. Watch the live version at River Front.
They've done Whole Lotta Rosie already.

there were two lead singers, the one on this video past away and Brian Johnson came in and rock Back in black, highway to hell, whole lotta Rosie....
I absolutely love Bon Scott!!!❤❤❤ Gotta react to "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Big Balls", "High Voltage", and "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", with Bon Scott as vocals... The 🌎 misses Bon...RIP❤
Only Rock band that I know of that never released a love ballad. They only rock and they do it better than most! Great reaction!!
i will respectfully disagree. they did in fact do a love ballad..... case in point, "love song". check it out.
Wait...."Squealer" wasn't a love ballad?
@@angusrocks939 I stand corrected

Great cut from a great album! Would love to see you guys react to another song from this album: "Touch Too Much" or "Walk All Over You".
Their songs are all so Hypnotic, they just put you in a Happy Trance.
Those songs make me dangerous; love it👊

Every single song on this album is fire.

Yes, Asia with the Bon Scott belt, CLASSIC.!!!!
THE LEAD GUITAR 🎸 PLAYER IS THE ONE & ONLY ANGUS YOUNG !!!! HE’S ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL !!!!! Got to see Him ( BAND ) Live In The 80’s
The young brothers of ACDC had a brother who did pop music the band to listen to is Flash in the Pan "Hey Saint Peter" great song

I was lucky enough, and old :( enough to experience the Bon Scott vocals before he passed back in 1979! it was epic!
My favorite AC/DC song.
One of their best from the Bon Scott era! Angus Young is the head banging, energizer school boy, his brother Malcolm is the dark haired guy on the other guitar.

Angus Angus Young and he's doing the duck walk like his Guitar Hero Chuck Berry😉🤜🤛✌
Guitar player is Angus Young
BJ is feeling Malcom's riffs!
She got that back seat rhythm! 😂
Whats great was being alive when these guys and the rest were current and just waiting to see what would come next. And seeing people still like this music.
ACDC’s most underrated song.
Bon Scott AC/DC is the best! Overdose is another classic
Not that I don't like Brian Johnson, but if I had to pick between the 2 eras, Bon definitely wins!
Hello Asia & BJ!! That's Bon Scott, the original lead singer that's singing this song! I just commented on your video, with AC/DC's song, Hells Bells. Please look at my comment on there, too! Keep them coming, Asia & BJ!! 👍😎👍
the best from AC/DC best singer too
Rock N Roll !
Ride On is one of the few songs that ACDC does that has a different sound.
Baddd music 🎸rock and roll baby
This whole album is killer . The album that doesn't get it's true credit by them is " Flick Of The Switch " 🎸⚡

I've been around the world
I've seen a million girls
Ain't one of them got
What my lady she's got
She's stealin' the spotlight
Knocks me off my feet
She's enough to start a landslide
Just a walkin' down the street
Wearing dresses so tight
And looking dynamite
Enough to blow me out
No doubt about it can't live without it
The girl's got rhythm (girl's got rhythm)
The girl's got rhythm (girl's got rhythm)
She's got the backseat rhythm (backseat rhythm)
The girl's got rhythm
She's like a lethal brand
Too much for any man
She gives me first degree
She really satisfies me
Love me till I'm legless
Aching and sore
Enough to stop a freight train
Or start the Third World War
I tell you what.. you two are straight soldiers 😎
THE ANGELS !!!!!..BEST HARD ROCK BAND NOBODY KNOWS
The Bon Scott era of AC/DC is bad to the Bone. Bon is a Legend!
Asia & BJ, you'll love their "You Shook Me All Night Long", for your 7th AC/DC song!!
The only AC/DC song overplayed so much that I now hate it
By far their best video.
Copyright rules seem to be stopping any reactions to that one. All people react to is the live version.
Meh!
you might add "Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" and "Let me Put My Love Into You" to your catalog of AC/DC hits

That “scoot” Angus does across the stage is from James Brown, the duck walk.
Chuck Berry did the duck walk
