This is one of my favorite sleep aids. I recently purchased a new TV and the screen doesn't turn full black which really bums me out. I gave the old set away. If I had known this would be an issue, I would have given the new TV away and kept my old one!
Poltergeist TV. Going to check out white noise where the ghosts are! Just kidding, checking this out because noise cancellation earbuds for snoring have this sound. Like in the 70's "change the channel, the antenna has turned!" ha ha

Try to look for fan noise. Maybe there is a 10 hour video with just a fan makimg noise
