We in Germany don't have a speed limit, but as loud as it is, you won't get a kilometer far before the police stop you. Driving a car in its original condition 350+ kmh is ok. But woe the thing is too loud or has unregistered parts. Then they don't understand joke.
You will be surprised how HP and Torque work, specially the last one, the closer to 1 on 1 this 2 numbers are in comparison to the weight of the vehicle, the less fuel they consume. For example, the owner of the YT channel ChrissFix has a Hummer H1, those are known for all the fuel they consume and almost making it impossible for that vehicle to be used for a daily normal life, but the one he bought had a more powerfull engine, consuming less fuel and also making it quite easy for the vehicle to incorporate to a highway as fast as any other normal vehicle.
