Pro tip for heat. Hold your forearms under cold water and let it hit your wrists. By cooling your main arteries and blood the cooled blood is transported through your body for maximum effect.
Second tip, make your shirt wet under the sink, get most of the water out and you can stay cool in a damp shirt. It's not ideal for the chair, but it works well if it is REALLY hot.

you can also wet your neck and the side of your head (I don't remember the english name of that part of the body), it helps. For the chair do you think that a towel could help preventing damage? It surely helps to avoid putting your skin to that sintetic fabric

Can you explain what is the point of going Kraken first item on crit adcs nowadays ? Is it just about the earlie powerspike?

theres no crit items that offer ad/as both anymore like many adcs want. with collector/ie nerfs, you can't really rush collector-->ie anymore like what ppl were doing start of season. kraken and shiv are both strong 1 item spikes with very good mix of ad/as and added bonus have ms on top of them now

Kraken slayer is the easiest item to build first item. You need to get fed before level 4 to consider ie or collector as first item

I personally prefer BT over Shieldbow most of the time (unless the enemy team has high burst and you barely get to attack anyway), 75% Crit isn't that bad and you can later swap something like Kraken with another Crit Item

For sure, she's so easy to accelerate tempo in midgame, you oneshot waves, towers, dragons and camps tristana style.
The build is ER > Navori > IE > LDR

@@mgerim Essence Reaver isn’t great for her because 1 - she has low mana costs and doesn’t need full mana to spam spells like Ezreal or Smolder and 2 - she is attack speed type adc so Kraken is good for her even tho it doesn’t give crit anymore. Ad and attackspeed is fine in the early game and crit is better if you have 2 or 3 crit items
