- Here's my essential post workout stretching routine, I perform with my clients at the end of almost every session. I like to include a few Thai stretches to release muscle tension and improve flexibility.
Many thanks to my lovely client Tammi who was my model this time and who confirmed that this is of the best part of our sessions :)
Post workout stretching signals your muscles to start the recovery process. It improves flexibility. It speeds up your recovery and makes your next workout more efficient.
If you don't have a trusted partner to help you with further stretching your muscles make sure you still perform some form of stretching alone.

I am a massage therapy and I won't get tired of watching it, you're so good at doing it. Love it.
This is what I do for a living and I love it! Stretching is so important and eliminates a lot of stress ,tension and etc. My patients definitely see improvements as they come see me. So I definitely would recommend trying it at least once.

routine is fine but doing it without a proper mat could wreck your knees over time. I've been a Thai Massage Therapist for close to 20 years and have learned to protect my body as well as providing comfort for the client. Otherwise, nice work.

theres meridians along the body or energy channels. shes stimulating movement by patting down them. helps stagnant energy by palpating them. it also feels really good.
