I’ve noticed that the humidity levels do play a major part in my hair reverting! So I only try to blowout my hair during the cooler months. But I’ve also started using the Colorwow Dream coat (with the black top) and this has helped as well!
Beautiful hair! My hair is blow dried, but it went outwards instead of down and I’m sitting here feeling bad for the braider that’s going to do my hair tomorrow. It is so dry and damaged. I conditioned but I’ll have to try the sectioning next time.
Thank you!! I’m sorry to hear that. Working in smaller sections and using moisturizing products during wash day helps me a lot with keeping my hair moisturized during styling!
This is actually how my mom blew out my hair when I was a child. She would wash, dry, detangle and braid hair and would then blow dry and press it a day or two later.
From personal experience, the way in which you blow dry your hair can cause damage. But if you use a good heat protectant and don’t apply heat to your hair often, you should be good!
The density of your scalp is insane. 🤯 You’re so beautiful 😍 keep going girl.
Thank youuu 💕
Your hair is so pretty

How many braids did you do in total and in the back?
Beautiful hair 😍 how long have you been natural or growing your hair out to this length??
Thank you ☺️ I’ve been natural pretty much my whole life. But I started growing out my hair around 2015/2016!
Your hair is GORGEOUS. Do you think blowdrying does actually damage hair??? Doesn't look like it does 4 u. But how often do you BD

What leave-in conditioner did you use?
When I blow dry my hair, I normally like to use It's A Ten Spray Leave in Conditioner!

So you don't unbraid the hair while blowdrying? This method looks so easy. I love it 😂❤. But knowing me, I'd still find a way to screw things up.
Nope you don’t unbraid the hair 🙌🏾 it’s definitely my favorite way to blow dry my hair now!
@AfroZuri, I'm definitely trying this when I have the chance. Right now, I'm trying to limit heat as my hair is experiencing breakage.
