Menapause wasnt that bad at all. Very manageable. The media always make it seem horrific...but its not for most women! Im not saying some women don't suffer badly....but most dont! My biggest tip for everyone, not just menopausal women....take 'msm' powder daily! (Tastes awful so capsules are best orally), its cheap too! Its a mood enhancer!! An anti inflammatory, natural pain killer and more. Topically it cures exzema, psoriasis, rosacea and even scabies!! I put it in my shampoo and let it sit a minute, on my hair... my hair was best its been. Just look up the benefits. My 2nd biggest tip.....NEVER wear man made fibres! And Wear Looser clothes too!
