Awesome stuff, especially the integration of the chest rig into the plate carrier.
Im actually in the process of building my own carrier, but out of a yellow cordura/ nylon in the spirit of keeping the hobby on the light non real steel side. It will also feature the buckles and velcro to be able to stick on placards. Those I am also planning on making a simplified version of in a less realsteel colour.
anyhow this has given me some more beautiful inspiration of new directions to take this project into. for which my thanks
Good stuff! Been looking into replacing my current plate carrier, and picking up a chest panel harness as well. So this looks like a good option, especially with the Cap seal of approval!
Another insightful review, looks like that belt would make a nice upgrade to my current kit
Plan on running the lighter vest personally for a half dart only Nexus Pro. I don't see a need for this one myself but glad there are options out there for people who do want one like this.
The thing that really excites me about this OneTigris stuff is that it looks like you can replace certain parts (straps, belts, and/or shock cord) and thereby expand it beyond the size limit listed in the description, for those of us who are a bit too large for most tactical gear.
Love it my Captain Xavier I do. With that can be buying on a budget for starters in the nerf players
I already have a nice plate carrier (bigfoot) but if I could get those side straps on their own, that would be nice. As for the belt, I wonder if the Tactical Samurai skirt pieces would fit in the gaps on the underside, or if it would be too wide. If it did fit, it'd solve the issue I have of wearing the full tactical samurai gear basically rendering my waist and thighs unable to mount holsters.
Interesting that the QD tubes weren't used in the shoulders. And that the QASM clips aren't attached to the front.
Also, the pouches for the sides are for side armor plates.
Awesome video! Bangarang!
I use one of there pistol holster for my Mk2
I’m deeming you the modular madman
I like that belt!
What the plate size for this vest or can you please recommend me where can I buy the plate for vest
I have no idea. Check the site, it might show plate dimensions.
I keep thinking that you'll one day make a loadout and just call it Train! just for the laughs
Hey Capt. If you have a contact with them. Maybe suggest to them if possible that they could make some bright colored versions such as Red, Orange, Yellow, purple, Etc... I think it would really help the community to make us look more like we're playing a game and less militant. But still, let us have our tactical load-outs.
I have suggested it. Not a big enough market apparently. However, we do have the technology to make things different colors ourselves. Fabric paint and vinyl die work great and tac gear. Especially tan gear.
Have you considered starting a discord server?
...you are new to this party I see.
Hello captain would you like to see my mini rapidstrike
Sure? I hope that is not a euphemism...
