- This is the Alfa Romeo 4C Proto by Picchio SPA in its 2021 Version, driven and mantained by Alessandro Gabrielli of Gabrielli Motorsport, powered by a 2.0L Turbocharged Engine by AER (Advanced Engine Research) producing now upwards of 700Hp, weighing only 820Kg and the E2-Sh Class Italian Champion.
One of the most ambitious HillClimb Racing projects ever in the Italy, this carbon fibre bodied Monster designed and built by Picchio SPA, has finally reached its potential, winning not only multiple trophies in the last couple Seasons but also being invited to the ultimate Hillclimb event in Europe, the Hillclimb Masters which was held this year at Falperra in Portugal. Placing as the 8th Fastest Touring Car overall, here it can be seen right from Mr. Gabrielli´s point of view to give a proper idea of just how brutal this Italian Turbocharged Beast is....
This must be quite the terrifying drive! A tiny little car, a colossal amount of power and torque and next to no weight. Epic car!
I have a Smart Roadster gutted that's 680KG and 90hp, it doesn't sound a lot and it actually isn't. But the fact that I gap VW POLO GTI with like 160Hp is kinda funny :D

Looks relatively smooth tbh. Could be driver mod but seems pretty balanced.
You should keep in mind that every single wing on that car produces enough down force that it feel like you are driving a truck
Damn the power/weight ratio is almost 1hp per kg, also the sound is incredible

@@Richard-tq7xi Bikes are fast accelerating and in a strait line. And then you have to brake and turn, and the car is gone. I am not saying bikes can’t be fun to ride. They certainly are much cheaper, but the “equivelent” racecar beats it around the track every time.
It hugs the road so well! Incredible build and driving.

@@kikiautorcman787B In that case I'd rather go for 120hp+ instead of risking the structural integrity of the car by starting to take apart the chassis. But thats just my personal preference.
@@fischlimonade Yes, you're all right and your wrong in the same time. In our area, we want racing cars with big, big power but also it makes big, big weight (even with the carbon bodies)... In the past, racing cars were less powered but lighter than today... "Light is right" said C. CHAPMAN (Lotus)... 😉 For example, the engine of the Bugatti Veron : 450 kgs...😱 A racing car is an alchemy between weight and power and it's very difficult to make a good choice by the engineers... 😉💯🔥🏁🏎️🤓

Holy Moly that car sure sounds and goes good. From the inside shots it appeared as though all corners were WELL cambered as it leaned into them ala a boat.lol

With the 4c coming stock with a carbon fiber tub and already being as lightweight as is for legit $40k, this must be so affordable yet so effective for a racing team
From what i've heard this is not an Alfa Romeo chassis, but a Picchio prototype chassis with an Alfa Romeo body
Could have been the case but beneath the 4C looks there´s a whole Picchio Sport Prototype Chassis in this case :P
Ahh so what this is, is a silhouette? A different car underneath as opposed to what's on the surface lol. When a production race car is too good to be true, it's usually a silhouette 😂
I think the bmw I8 V8 gtr is one of the most beautiful race cars ever, and made me think an I8 would be a great race car. except the I8 V8 gtr isn't a bmw I8, it's actually a prototype underneath, yeap, a silhouette😂
nascars today are all silhouettes too, having nothing in common with the car represented on the body work save for styling.
Watching this compared to the Judd SLK, this looks terrifying to drive. The torque of the engine seems like it could spin those huge slicks at even a gently misbihaving of the right foot

That's not a 4c. It just looks kind of like one. Does have a bit of the old Alfa build quality showing through though with the daylight shining through the door RHS door frame gap. 😍 Love it.

Nobody noticed on the inside onboard camera that the right -at least- door does not shut airtight?
There is a gap on the upper side of its frame, as if bent or twisted just a bit, probably on purpose for the cabin to release excessive heat...
Both car and driving performance spectacular though...
It happens when using super flimsy, ultra-thin, ultra lightweight carbon-fibre doors. Comes with the territory ;)
All them stickers or paint is about half the cars weight lol I can see how dangerous it would be for me to remove safety stuff for less weight maybe even no doors. Great run whoever that is, I’d love that car to thrash

I think if this car has less hps,less weights might be better.Because it spins in the begin.But it still is a masterpiece.
