It wasn't "just" about cannibalism in general full body from the add, they (Armin Meiwes and Bernd Brandes) agreed to eat Bernd's penis, that was the goal. Armin was meant to bite off Brandes' penis, but he could not bite it off, so he cut it off. I can't remember if the cut guy had conscious of eating his penis with the guy, or if he was already knocked out from the blood loss. Armin chopped the corpse up and ate kilos and kilos thru almost a year before getting caught. But the penis first ofc... Well seasoned. I love Till's comment about making the song: "It is so sick that it becomes fascinating and there just has to be a song about it". The intro scratched lyrics is the add from "The Master Butcher" as he referred to himself as. "Mein Teil" = "my part", but also here "my penis". Btw I'm rusty with my German as not being my native language as I'm from Denmark, but I knew a lot about the song, yet I had to google to make sure what I write is correct (if I'm wrong feel free to correct, translations might be off).
