    Strawberries in supermarket especially high in multiple very dangerous pesticides. As are most fruits. So add Organic. Although recently organic Courgettes were recalled in the Netherlands because of too high pesticides used. Wild Woodberries as we dutch call them also much healthier than the commercial blue berries. Here in the Netherlands warnings pass by on smartphones warning against the high pesticides in fruits.

    I'm glad that I'm eating most of these foods. I'm most surprised by the nutrient content of magnesium and K2 in eggs. I didn't realize they were rich in those.

    I take a real high quality Olive Leaf Extract called "Island" that's high in polyphenols,Oleuropein,and Hydroxytyrosol 20%
    Polyphenols 40%
    Oleuropein 25%
    Along with drinking raw milk

    Raw cacao increases arterial function and thus could help.
    Also fibrous vegetables, walnuts, seeds and beans.
    Regarding vit K, perhaps fermented non gmo Organic soya beans

      Great suggestion.
      BTW, super high quality cod liver oil is one good source of it, according to some nutrition experts / gurus (whose advice I've listened to recently). Food based sources (of Vitamin A) are best, according to these people. Morley Robbins is one of them.

      Olive oil sourced from Morocco and Tunisia, have the highest amounts of healthy polyphenols. The hot desert growing conditions stresses the olive trees to produce these high levels of polyphenols, unlike California, Italy, or Greece sourced olive oils.

    1 hard boiled egg has 1% RDA of Magnesium so it is not a good source of Magnesium.

    No thanks to the beef heart. Blah! I'll take COQ10 supplements instead.
