    Thank you so much for your tutorial; I wish I had this and your hysterectomy pillow when I went through my hysterectomy this past summer. It would have come in very handy.

    You could also make a matching sleeve to throw in the washer blessings on your recovery

    How long does it stay warm or is it hot? Would it help with cramps too? Thank you for the tutorial. :)

    Is there enough lava sand in a 6 pound bag to make 2 of the neck heating pads?
