Was thinking it would save money buying in bulk and sending from my address however I also wouldn't know if my e.g 50 t-shirts would sell. So would Print on demand be better or buy in bulk and gamble that it pays off. Also thought that if I were to try print on demand won't most suppliers have a minimum order. Cheers mate

In no case u gonna get the discount. Find a better manu that delivers between given timelines. I got this problem at first too. But then found a good manu that always delivered one or two days before deadlines. But if they deliver couple of days before the deadline and sometimes something goes wrong. No issues to give some extra days. Communication is the key. And my manu shows me everything like each step of the production.
I have a question, when you show the designs to the manufacturer and they create the product. Do you have to buy it? And will you get the clothing back to?
yoo i cant get a pakistan manufacturer because i live in india and the trade is banned between our country's ' and with india i have to really research and look for the perfect manufacturer basically its hard to find one here what do i do?
Illustrator is way better than Photoshop it you are doing specific and limited colors designs. As it produces vector files. My manu even converts my PNGs made in Photoshop work. They got like a designer team so they just convert everything to print friendly file.
