for your first drop should you do pre orders or should you buy the manufacturers moq and have that on hand?
Some manufacturers actually have 0 moq, I’ve always done preorder but that is up to your budget.

Probably cut and sewn with custom measurements, but I know some of their tees use LAA 1801
