Definitely can't wait to see what motorsport 8 delivers, alot of people want to compare horizon 5 to gran turismo 7 but they are totally different generas of racing and really can't be compared unless you are just comparing graphics which horizon 5 easily wins. But acource graphics aren't everything.
Your driving is insanely smooth. Would you ever do a video taking us through the settings you use and any recommended tips so we can take the track as smoothly as you do?

Ngl, it's so weird to seeing multiple same M3 GTR with that livery aswell. And everytime I'm seeing that track it kinda reminds me of ProStreet (since it's the first game that introduced me that track)

I don't think he will be. His content right now is about Gran Turismo 7 and it'll be akward to change content before he finishes Gran Turismo 7. Not only that, he's more into Forza Horizon stuff (freestyles). I'm not saying it wasn't a good request, but you gotta know how their content work. Also, that challenge seems familiar...

For some reason, you can have Raytracing in the replay Cockpit view at 60fps, everything else is locked at 30fps. The very first race is actual gameplay and not a replay (I just have all the HUD turned off)
Still don't get why racing games nowadays never give players the OG GTR bodykit from MW. Unless there's some legal nonsense stopping it from happening.
I was hyped for this game. It is good. However it has one major defect. There is no endgame content. After completing the cafe books you are pretty much done. They seriously need to look into this and and way more content.
My biggest concern is the casual road cars we used to have in previous games. They're almost all of them gone, and one of the things I liked the most was to try them in some races to see how they would perfom
I think the amount of content is quite decent for launch. So far, getting gold in all the license tests and being halfway through the café books has taken me 25 hours. And the mission challenges and circuit experiences still need to be done. Not to mention, scapes mode which was arguably my favourite mode from GT Sport. In addition - sport mode; in GT Sport, I completed close to 900 online races
Considering the shifting animation begins when you press the shift button, I think it looks great compared to other racing games where it always looks weird. I love this onboard cam and always use it for my replays. You barely feel the lag, which I think is amazing in itself.
this gameplay looks so weird to me, idc if its the camera or the color in the game itself, couldnt try it out myself + the thing is, that if i watch FH4/5 videos i just wanna play it myself, but in gt7 i just would want to avoid it at all, idk, it looks like a little mobile game to me

Teenagers always dismiss anything that's not riddled with Japanese cars and non car culture. It's laughable. Even Snowrunner, ATS, ETS2 and BeamNG all represent car culture.

Hopefully they'll add the actual E46 GTR race car somewhere down the line. They had it on GT4 and the psp version of GT.

I love that even without the actual M3 GTR (which should return tbh), you could still create one.
Customization is lit, really cool tbh. Haven't noticed that fixed camera before, it allows you to perceive the track inclination quite well.

You can do engine swap, though is only collectables via ticket thing which basically gacha
nice clean drive, but you forgot to use speedbrake XD

Am I the only one that doesn't like the way this game looks? Bloody shifting doesn't even line up with the sound clips...

Gran turismo is much more popular and sells a lot more than forza. Forza Motorsport is not even in gran turismos league

The sound is way too clean and predictable...always has been. Gran Turismo knows nothing about the culture 🤮
I'll admit the sound for this particular car isn't great.. but for all the others so far, it's been way ahead.
Gran turismo has the best car culture of any racing game out there, thats what they are known for, its a car enthusiast game
