There are two sides to every story. Two voices in each debate. And in the veiled stillness of the early morning they like to play tricks.
Darkness stiffens muscles, softens effort and smothers ambition. The voice of uncertainty says stay in the dark. Sleep on my friend, you’ve earned it. But that is the voice you run from.

St. George was the last of my 10 marathons, and the fourth time I run it. That was 38 years ago. Time has made the details fuzzy, but the recollection of each time being a yearly highlight is still sharp and clear. Scenes from this video had an impact, from "I remember that hill", to "I hit the wall about right there one year". That early morning bus ride...how the town welcomed us... the gathering at the motel pool with friends after the race. Thanks for the memories😅.

If you are lucky you will make friends along the way? Certainly! Every one on the course is crazy. I know. It was the first and last marathon I ran. Ran it 11 times. Did some others too, but St. George and Boston are my favorites. Thanks for the video!!
