You could build better millitary vehicles and add them to the AI millitary vehicles folder. by having stronger vehicles, the enemy should be more powerful

It is a bit outdated, but it will teach you the basics of building and how to wire things and make a simple engine. Once you know how to make an engine, you can build anything!
